Came to order a quick bite for lunch, took us over 45 minutes to get our food which was only two crafted flats. Dined in but had to order up front just to hurry up the process, I thought. It’s supposed to have a ranch base but nothing, and it’s mostly crust. Then we asked for napkins and are totally out. Just wished we had gone to the other Hickory location, they are much better ran. The young lady that took care of us was sweet and did well but the rest of the experience was less than desirable.

This was the first time I believe I’ve ever been inside this particular Pizza Hut, just stopped by to get some late lunch before going home. I decided to try their pepperoni melt, I got the pepperoni lovers melt which has way more pepperoni than the regular I presumed, and I was expecting that there would be sauce inside it but the sauce came in a small plastic container which was fine and my order was up quickly, the staff were pleasant and the restaurant was clean and everything seemed to be in order.
The aroma of pizza being baked in the oven brought back memories of when I worked at a Pizza Hut as a teenager in another state, the interior decor doesn’t seemed to have changed any since the early eighties so I guess if it works why change it.
All of that being said I’d recommend this location off of 321 in Hickory.

Its Pizza Hut, you already know what you’re getting. Some menu items are very greasy, eat fast or your meal will become soggy. Aside from that the food is good. Wait times are a little bit much at times but not terrible. Facility is clean, bathrooms are maintained, people are kind.

I love that this Pizza Hut is a throwback to the 90’s! It reminds me of pizza parties when I was a kid.
They always do a great job on our orders. The gal on the register, Holly, is super sweet as well.

Would have been great if employees would take the time to read an order. It does no good to specify how you want something if an employee doesn’t care enough about my order to make it correctly. Meat lovers melt with bacon pepperoni and Italian sausage only and yet they make it regular. I do my part by spending my money at your establishment, step up and do your part.

If I go give this pizza a 0 star I would. This is the worst I seen. Bubbles the size of soft balls. Ordered 3 med pan and everyone was like this. I mean 2-3 slices have no cheese at all. Come on man do better. You can tell they dont care about maken your food

The pizza is fine, the environment is not friendly or clean in appearance. Everytime I come here to pick up pizza, I see employees sitting outside on buckets smoking. There are other places to smoke, why does it need to be right at the entrance? I will not be purchasing from here again because I don’t feel comfortable coming here. I will also be voicing my concerns with the district manager.
