It’s like wow! And not a good wow! My family has been coming here for years, and while it’s never been fast service, but normally good service. The food was normally very good, but this time it was a negative one star. The crust was missing a step in its completion. Ordered the hand tossed and it was like terrible flat bread. To make matters worse the manager on duty tried to tell us it was hand tossed and that is how it was supposed to look. Not a fan of being lied to, so your crust isn’t ready, then don’t try and sell it! Also don’t try and lie about it. The pictures show what a mess we were served. Sad, and the only reason they have two stars is due to past visits. More updates to come

This store is fabulous! From the ordering process to pick up everyone is pleasant and the pizza is cooked to perfection. We have tried other local establishments but always end up returning to ‘The Hut’.

I’ve only ordered here three times in the span of 10 years. Every single time I do it’s because somebody asked me to. Each time I’m disappointed. I do enjoy getting the mini pizzas and breadsticks on base only! They make the food at least edible. However, this location lacks exceptional culinary skills ♀️ Basically the food is disgusting every time I get it from this location like I did today. Either things are under cooked, over cooked, or just plain old. Today I got breadsticks that were so hard I smacked them on the counter and they were as hard as a drumstick. I bit into it and it was an old taste as well. They have obviously either been freezer burned or have been sitting out for an extreme amount of time. This place is just simply disgusting. Do better!

Best hidden secret in this small town is the Havelock NC Main st(us70) Pizza Hutt. Order a large pizza with sweet bbq sauce, white meat bbq chicken(really good quality), pepperoni and extra cheese. It’s seriously amazing how high quality the chicken and other ingredients are for a pizza place! Service and staff are always great, and they have a sit down area to eat. That’s some nostalgia.

Ummmm…I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a long time, but use to order frequently a few years ago. I’m not happy with the brownie that I ordered. I paid $8 for this brownie box & it is nasty. The taste is off. The pizza we ordered didn’t even taste good. I won’t be ordering pizza from Pizza Hut anymore.
