Normally good, but 12/01/25 around 6pm I got 2 pizzas delivered. One was good, the other very dry and hardly any sauce. The manager was very rude, called my wife a liar, and hung up on her after telling her he made them. We have pics and video to show how dry it was.

We order a special $10 Large pizza with up to 5 toppings. We ordered double the green peppers and there barely was any peppers what so ever. Also, we ordered Roasted Red Peppers and there were none on the pizza. This was on March 6 2026 around 6:00 pm. You could definitely tell the pizza was made ahead and had been warmed up for pickup. We ordered last week the same deal and it was great. I guess the person in charge of making the pizzas tonight could care less. ♀️

As a resident of the area I am appalled at the service we received on 10/18.
Long story short it took over 1.5 hrs to get my food that was ordered for delivery and is only 7 minutes away from my house. After being patient and waiting an extra few minutes as it was Friday at dinner time, we still had not received our food. So I called and spoke with some younger gentleman who stated that the driver was literally on the way out the door with our delivery and that was it, so I hung up anticipating that my food would arrive in the next 10 minutes or so.
That was not the case so I called again and this time spoke with Ann/Anne the manager and was explained that there was a discrepancy with our order and it had to be remade or something was wrong with it. At this point it has been over an hour and I stated to her that it was completely unacceptable and I want to recompensed in some form at which time she states she would make this delivery meal on the house. Never happened! I called back last week and spoke with her again after waiting, and was told she did “everything on her end and it should’ve never been charged to our account.
Needless to say here we are having been charged for some shitty pizza that wasn’t even correct, overly seasoned, and cold by the time I got it.
I have the account charges for proof, that have posted to my account after being lied to.
I’ll stick with dominoes and papa John’s at this point.
I still want my refund.

The General Manager of this store is the best pizza man i have ever had! He gave me the freshest ingredients in the history of pizza’s and the service was incredible! After i had my meal, he called my house simply to ask how it was and when i mentioned Ive never had such service before he said “Well, round here, that’s how we treat our customers!” Thank you pizza man!

I ordered and heard nothing for over an hour. The app tracker kept displaying “preparing”. I called and nobody picked up, was transferred to the corporate call line. They tried to text them and said that the text line was full and they then had to transfer me again. They picked up and left me in hold for 5 more minutes. When they came on they told me they were busy and that my driver would be leaving soon. I said that it had been over an hour and she repeated “we’ve been busy”. No apology, no care at all that my family was waiting. When the delivery finally arrived she was nice but no apology from her either

If you’re looking for cardboard crust topped with rubbery cheese and the faint memory of tomato sauce, congratulations you’ve found it. Pizza Hut is a relic of the past, coasting on decades-old branding while shoveling out low-quality slop that barely qualifies as food. It’s clear they’ve traded in real ingredients for bottom-of-the-barrel garbage in a desperate attempt to maximize profit.
The cheese? Plastic-like and flavorless. The sauce? Watery and bland. The crust? Somehow both greasy and dry, with the texture of a stale sponge. Every bite screams cost-cutting corner. This isn’t a pizza it’s a mass-produced, freezer-burned corporate abomination.
They’ve long abandoned any sense of pride in their product. While smaller, local pizzerias are serving up fresh dough, real mozzarella, and hand-crushed tomatoes, Pizza Hut is churning out processed trash in the name of efficiency and shareholder dividends. It’s factory food pretending to be comfort food, and they’re not even good at pretending anymore.
And let’s talk about the vibe or lack thereof. Most locations look like a time capsule from the 90s, complete with sticky floors, flickering lights, and a staff that clearly isn’t paid enough to care. The whole operation feels shady and soulless, like they’re just waiting to shut the lights off for good.
Bottom line: Pizza Hut is an outdated, profit-driven chain that serves up mediocrity in a box. Do yourself a favor support a local shop that actually gives a damn about what you put in your mouth. Low quality food Pizza hut is the reason DiGiorno can claim better than delivery it’s really bad.

Whatever manager was working on March 4, 2025 at 7:30 PM is a very rude individual who hung up on me. Ordered delivery from this location and I think now they only use doordash for delivery. Pizza was dropped off and just left on the ground with no knocking on the door or doorbell. It must’ve been out there for 10 mins when my wife came home from work and saw it out there.
It’s not like their pizza is something special anyway so this drop in service means I’m literally never ordering again.
