Never received my order 2 hours after I i placed it. I called to inquire and was told they were having to remake it and it would be another 30 minutes. Was never sent any email or called to be told there was a problem or that it needed to be remade and it would take even longer.

Driver left food on the ground. I called to speak to speak to the manager “Methanie” but she hung up on me. The driver had the audacity and lie and say I paid cash and that I received the order . This is why NHCS needs to reinvest in education. Clearly the receipt says here that I paid with a card.

What a crumby place that is supposed to represent Pizza Hut. I ordered to go, I showed up and walked in. It was dirty and dark, there is no clear view of where the pick up counter is. I start walking back *obviously looking around looking for help.
Some dude calls me out and said no public restrooms, mind you I’m dressed appropriately and clean so instead of assuming what I was doing he could of tried and asked what I was looking for. The people here obviously hate their job and aren’t pleasant. May want to visit this store Pizza Hut Corp.

Staff was clearly overwhelmed and unable to complete the basic tasks of receiving orders, making the pizza, and servicing the customers waiting on carry-out. My order was according to the app supposed to be ready 30min ago and I’m still standing here. Never coming back.

Wrong crust for 13th time. Not sure what happened to the bread sticks, given I worked there in every position and never seen them come out like that.
The store has gone down hill, food quality has gone down hill, customer service has gone down hill. Angelleta and Eddie really need to step up their game.
I’ve called to let them know how my pizza was made wrong or on the wrong dough, they made me pay for a remake (this was about 4 times). The bread sticks were the same way, rock hard, stale, no seasoning, and one time it has had bubbles.When I was working there, you showed the pizza to the customer and if there was something wrong with it, the remake was free.
Called the customer service number was no help. I sent them pictures and they tell me the management team will get back to me. I haven’t gotten a single phone call back. The sad thing is, pizza hut was my favorite since I was doing the book thing in elementary school. Now, it’s just like a waffle house of the pizza world.

I ordered online on 4/6/2023. I had items missing from my order. I called the store on 4016 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403. They refused to answer calls. Every time I would speak to someone, they would place me on hold and never come back to the phone. I paid for items I did not receive. The items I did receive was over cooked and burnt. Will not be back.

Sure, there’s no in store dining….ok, fine. Ordered the big newyorker… Horrible. So much grease. Not to mention, they failed to add the extra mushrooms we paid extra for.
But, there’s good news, too. My wife will no longer demand pizza hut as the choice! Finally I may be able to get a good pie.

We were owed a store credit for their mistake for the thousandth time and of course they messed up again and decided to attack me and my husband snatching food and flipping the table against us. These were both managers yelling out racial slurs very unprofessional! What ever happened to customer service??? I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable behavior
