I ordered through GrubHub. The order was for two medium pizzas, 16 boneless chicken wings w/ 2 dips, and cinnamon sticks.
No dip was delivered, and the first pizza had the correct crust, butminimal pepperonis, considering it was regular and Old world pepperonis. The second pizza, ordered as hand, tossed crust, and multiple items (in receipt photo below). It is clearly pepperoni (both kinds) only and you can see the inconsistency in the amount of pepperonis on the pan crust pizza that was actually ordered as both pepperonis.
GrubHub nor the delivery driver did anything wrong. It is completely a Pizza Hut mistake. The pizza boxes are sealed which prevents the driver from confirming items. The manager said there’s nothing is nothing he can do, and said it was a Grub Hub issue.
GrubHub refunded $12. If I wanted to re-order another pizza with the same items, it is $24.39.
On a good note, at least the boneless wings were good.

Placed an online order for pickup, showed up, customers and employees in the store but the door was locked. Woman comes to the door, very rudely tells me that they are closed (at 4:30 PM) and locks it again. In the next 10 minutes multiple people leave the store with pizza and other food. 11/10 do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

The saddest pizza he told me this is hand toss. No way and I ordered 5 pizzas these are thin crust not hand toss. I suggest else where dominos would never! Didn’t apologize just said this is how they make them now, honestly not worth the money.

You do not ask customers to leave a tip. That is tacky. If you are delivering my food or I am sitting there eating and I have a waiter or waitress, I will tip. But none of these are happening so I do not tip. Which is normal. But everyone feels entitled especially when the orders have been wrong. I have given this location a few chances. Disappointed.

Food was disgusting and not as described! Pizza was dry and the crust was thin when we ordered original crust. Ordered a s’mores cookie dessert and what was given to me was a cookie with some marshmallows thrown on and melted on it. I don’t know why I gave this place a second chance. Save your time and money. What a waste.

My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas 2 wings and some cinnabons. We called at 6:30 and by 7:45 with no pizza we called to check the status of our order and they told us that it was just now leaving the store. We were waiting over an hour for our food and when it got here everything was cold. The wings barely had any sauce on them; they were half naked. We paid $75 to wait over an hour for cold food. Very disappointed with our service today.

Best Pizza Hut I ever ordered from. The food was the highest quality, and service was excellent.
If you like good hot pizza, and fresh to the max, come here. They don’t serve you up “reheated pizza” like Saint Pauls does.
I’ll be back to this Spring Lake location again, that’s for sure.
