I ordered online and was told 25 minutes till pickup. I arrived about 5 minutes early, but had to wait for 40 minutes at the restaurant. I could hear the prep staff complaining, as could other customers. We could hear one employee stating that she didn’t care about the order on the monitor. The food tasted good, but everything else was a bad experience.

Did not expect frozen pizza taste after paying $35 us dollars 2 large pizzas. cheese + veggie pizza. We were 6 and no one liked the taste of the pizza ….it tastes like $3 frozen pizza with zero taste. No more pizza hut when we visit US.

Ordered pizza for our job the day before we needed it. Paid for it and everything. Got here the next day to pick it up and they try to tell me they needed to confirm our order even though it was paid for. Said they get scammed. So we said start it now we will be back in a hr. Come back and they still haven’t started to make our order. The workers were outside smoking and hanging out while we are still waiting for our food that they still haven’t started yet That we pre ordered the day before we needed it. We will not be back. Big order or not they had over 24hrs to get our order ready.

I don’t know what happened. I’ve been a long time customer (since 2017) and they have always been wonderful, nice, and have delicious, perfectly made food. The last 2 months service has gone downhill. Food was not made to order having too much or too little of toppings. Wings were delivered in a “finish prep yourself” state. Delivery drivers don’t have the complete order and when they deliver the second half it’s hanging on your door in a disgusting mess. They don’t have a WORKING COMPLAINT LINE FOR CORPORATE, and no one answers the phone at this location. Stay away.

I’m not sure what changed between the last time I had Pizza Hut and this time, but the flavors were just not the same. The cheesesticks were mostly thick bread and the cheese was thin on the pizza as well. I was looking forward to the new Yorker style pizza but it wasn’t anything special, just bigger slices and limited toppings. The employees were polite and professional and my food was ready on time.

Someone please give these sweet guys working here medal! Diamond services, sweet, and polite. Everyone in there. And special thanks to the young guy mopping who brought my food out to me, even when I insisted I’d come get it. Best services ever, pizza was fast af. Love this place!
