Usually if I eat here it’s a night. Have been here during the day and the older woman who is the server/hostess is not the friendliest person when you first walk in but she warms up a little bit. The staff at night are worse. Half the time won’t even look at you when they speak so you don’t know if they are talking to you, someone on the phone or headset. I prefer the store in Pembroke. The manager has trained his staff well and actually I drive 30 minutes to eat there over this one. Only used this store for takeout

This store is definitely a fail, shouldn’t be open at all. You don’t get your food or you get there and they haven’t even bothered to start cooking. The wings in the picture are part of a 2 8 piece wing where the little pieces were actually counted as a wing. The employees are all outside upon arrival and that pretty much explains why the food isn’t done. Will not return!!!

If you have a 7 pie order for DoorDash…please know that it was cold and late strictly because the store can’t seem to handle their orders. Waited a half hour for your pies and they had only made 5 of the 7. Had to drop the order because we are not paid to sit 45 minutes waiting on the restaurant to do their job. Sorry to the customer and not sorry to the restaurant…don’t tell me to “stay positive” when your inability to fulfill the order is costing me time and money. If you continue to botch orders…drivers are going to decline the run and you’re going to lose customers…but what do I know…I’m just a platinum DoorDasher with thousands of completed deliveries and a lifetime of food service experience?

I wish i could give no stars.. lets see i just got off work at 8:30 drove 5 minutes to Pizza Hut to pickup a order i placed online 10 minutes before i got off work. App said it would be ready at 8:45 . Lets see the time now is 10:17 and my pizza is still no ready i ordered a small cheese pizza smh will never come here again. And the customer service is beyond rude.

There was not enough sauce on my pizza so she made me another, stated she believed me w/o seeing it and it was the best and most pleasant experience I have ever had with any restaurant period. She also made the best pizza ever in return. I can’t say enough goodness about this place. It is A+ #1 in every way from my experience. I will always go there from now on.
