The food was delicious. The people have all been kind and respectful. The only issue I have is having to wait at the drive-thru 4 min or longer before anyone comes to check on you.

I have ordered from this location 3 times since they’ve been open and ALL 3 times were bad experiences! I waited a month b4 going back this last time and it was still a mess. I ordered my super Supreme pizza through the app and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes…well I was actually 30 minutes away and thought cool it would definitely be ready without any problems by the time I get there. Smh…when I arrived long story short they had GIVEN my pizza to someone else!! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza only to get home and notice that several toppings were MISSING!!! The veggies were correct but it only contained pepperoni and Italian sausage for the meat. While I was sitting there 4 patrons were in there complaining about their orders also! I’m just speechless on this establishment..I was so happy when they opened but now wish they close down and try again when they can stay off the phones and take better care of the orders.

We have been really impressed with the management at the Laurinburg, North Carolina Pizza Hut! Our pizza is always perfect and we usually get the same guy at the drive-through window and he is absolutely amazing. Way to go Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut in Laurinburg, North Carolina never disappoints! Every time I order, the food is hot, fresh, and ready faster than I expect. The service is always great, and the employees are consistently friendly. I especially want to compliment the manager—she is always welcoming, professional, and truly sets the tone for the whole store. Highly recommend this location for quick, delicious food and excellent customer service!

The food is good on days that they actually have someone working that cares about what they send out. They don’t wear gloves when making the pizzas. One thing that makes me iffy about going. Only reason I do is because they have the best pizza crust around here.

Ordered pizza online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes, went to pick it up at the time my email said it would be ready only to be told it hadn’t even got to the oven yet, and basically called a liar when I told the manager it said 20 minutes when I ordered. I waited 58 minutes for this 20 minute order!! Picked it up and was then told I would have a credit on my account to use next time. Tried to order today and use that credit, only to be told that there was no credit and nothing they would do about it. No apology, no making it right. Just poor customer service, especially from the manager. Will never go back to this location again. This was not my first bad experience here.. but definitely the worst one. Needs new management and a whole new staff.

We had delivery and the food was delivered hot, the order was complete and it was delivered on time. There was one topping they were out of, but the manager called me and let me know promptly then went over options with me…you can’t ask for much more than that. The food was good as well.

Always great pizza , we always order 3 toppings: : pepperoni, sausage and bacon . The bone in wings dry rub lemon pepper , and the 5.00 Flatbread. Great value for the price . Cheaper than Mickey D’ s or Wendy’s!
