Placed a $450 online order with a specific delivery time of 9:30 p.m. delivery arrived at my house at 7:45. One quick call to the customer call center, because you can’t reach the stores anynore, only to be placed on hold for 25 minutes I never actually spoke to anyone. I have absolutely no means to keep this Pizza Warm for the next 2 hours to serve my crew and I can’t get ahold of the store and I don’t have the funds to order another set to be delivered later. Most likely not directly related to the store itself but the system that Pizza Hut has put in place. But I’m fairly certain the order arrived at the stores location very specifically saying 9:30 delivery.

I placed my order online and the confirmation message told me that my order would be ready at 6:08 pm. I walked in the store and there was already a long line of customers waiting for their order. There was no one at the front register handing the pickup orders to the customers. All employees were in the back preparing pizzas. They didn’t even acknowledge that all of us were standing there waiting. They could have at least spoken and said something like: “I’ll be with you in a minute.” But no words were spoken. It was as if none of us were standing there waiting. I was expecting to walk out of there with my order at 6:08 pm. However, I didn’t walk out of there with my order until 6:40 pm. It would have been even longer than that if I didn’t speak up and ask an employee from the back to check and see if my order was ready. I don’t know if this location is understaffed or if their employees are just not operating efficiently, but no one should have to wait that long to pick up an order that they submitted online. I don’t see myself ever coming back to this location again unless they learn to operate more efficiently.

I should have read the reviews. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My order never came. In good faith I waited to give the place a chance to deliver my pizza. As a result I missed my chance to eat dinner entirely due to everything being closed after 12AM. I am now owed $30 by Pizza Hut and customer service is closed. Given the circumstances I feel owed recompensation and further compensation for the lost opportunity of an alternate meal. Papa John’s is far more reliable than Pizza Hut from my experience. Stick to your guns and don’t try something new if it happens to be pizza delivery choices. Very disappointing.

It’s not actually the store it’s Pizza Hut itself in the app. It’s easy to order off of the app but if you leave something in your cart more than 3 minutes it takes it out. Also to create an account is almost impossible seems to be I keep logging in it says there’s an account but it won’t go to my account. Bottom line is I think the app sucks.

I was charged about $70 for this poorly made order. The pizza sizes are the exact same size. The request was a medium, thin crust, supreme. What I received was a half cooked pie of dough with everything literally just dumped on the top with nothing completely cooked for both meats and vegetables. Where is the CHEESE?! Oh, they forgot to add it. The pepperoni and bacon was supposed to be a large hand tossed pizza. The crust was half cooked and thin. The honey bbq and sweet chili boneless wings appeared to be overly fried and was just tossed into the sauce and no one took the time to ensure that the sauce coated the chicken. No manager on duty. I will be contacting the city sanitation department because this should not be allowed to serve food that isn’t cooked properly. A 10 year old could have topped the pizza better than how this was prepared. I’m so disappointed and disgusted by this experience. I expect a full refund otherwise I will dispute this charge with my credit union.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. When delivered, I immediately opened the box, and it looked like the pizza had been dropped and thrown back in the box. I gave it right back to the delivery driver. I contacted the Sunset Road store and asked to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone told me the manager was busy. It was not until I stated, “As a customer, I ordered a pizza, paid for it and added a tip, and you are not going to let me speak with a Manager,” that he got the manager. I spoke with Liz. She initially did not give her name and immediately had an attitude. I asked her if the employee told her my issue, and she stated they were out of dough and could give me a credit. She was very short with me and rude. I told her I didn’t want a credit. She said, well I don’t know what you want me to do. I informed her she was being rude and trying to rush me off the phone. I didn’t want a credit. She again stated I don’t know what you want me to do. I told her not to be rude and try to rush me off the phone. She then stated she was refunding my card as we spoke. Just because you say, have a good day does not negate the fact that you were rude. I told her I’m not the one in the wrong here. Her actions were unprofessional. Just because it’s fast food does not give you the right to provide poor customer service, especially when it’s the company that’s in the wrong! Do better.

I’ve been calling this store for three days!!!!! No answer at all!!!! My order was incorrect and I was missing items!!!!! The pizzas I did receive was just thrown together overly sauce and little topping. The whole topping to sauce ratio was off!!!! Very unacceptable!!!! But for me to have to keep calling and no answer is ridiculous!!! Very bad business management!!!!!

I ordered from the Pizza Hut on 5304 Sunset Ave in Charlotte, NC for dinner on 12/8. I ordered the big box dinner which came with two one topping pizzas, cheese bread, and a eight piece boneless wings. When my dinner was delivered, i didnt have the wings and they had given me two personal pan meat lovers pizzas instead. The pizzas were burnt also. I called the store and informed them of the mistake that was made with the wings that i never received and the two extra pizzas that i never ordered. The manager on duty gave me her number and had me send her pictures which i did and she stated that she was going to fix the order and have it sent back out and also refund me $20 of my purchase. Neither of the two happened. I texted her the following day to inform them that i never received the order and she stated that she fixed the order herself and the delivery guy had it out. We ll hes a theft and i never received my dinner the correct way. I really upset about the issue and although i never received the meal, i waited until today to see if my credit card had been refunded and it hasnt! I will hope that one day they get things right so that they can keep loyal customers as myself. When you know better, you do better! Pizza Hut

We ordered 3 pizzas they were all burnt, the picture below is supposed to be a cheese pizza with extra Marinara sauce, there is no extra sauce, it was cut in a weird way and all of my other pizzas look the same. When my husband went to pick it up there were people who had been waiting for an hour just to pick up their pizza. This has got to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had with Pizza Hut

I’ve been ordering here the past 4 months. Large pizza and it’s always perfect. Can’t remember the lady’s name but the manager Steve has always been great with my order even sending an employee to my car with it. Great staff group, very clean location. Thanks for all my tired and lazy I don’t feel like cooking nights:)
