Cancelled an order I placed online just after placing it. Still haven’t received a refund a month later. I’ve called dozens of times and sent messages to corporate with no resolution. They will keep your money if you need to cancel an order!

ordered two pizzas on DoorDash and this was awful. One pizza was burnt, looked like it was cut in halves, and honestly seemed like it had been made days ago. How can anyone eat that? The pepperoni pizza never arrived. Delivery took over an hour. I feel really bad about this — why even work if you’re just going to make these disgusting messes? Don’t play around with people’s food like this. Extremely disappointed and angry. If I could give this place a 0, I would. Don’t order from here.

Waited almost 2 hours on delivery. The Driver was friendly as they could be. Thank you Uber. I tracked the order best i could. The most reliable way to do so was the UBER APP. I got the food, it was stone cold, one pizza was slightly burnt which was just a pepperoni pizza. The amount of pepperoni on my large pizza was less than 10 pieces and the cup of marinara i got with the cheese stick has more in it than the pizza . The wings had almost had no sauce. The first bite, i almost cracked my tooth on a bone fragment in the sausage. How the hell does it take 1 1/2 hours for your food to be ready to be delivered and in the 10 minutes it took to get here it was cold and congealed. What a waste almost $60. Pizza Hut in Charlotte is dead in my book. Save you money, hunger, and hopeful anticipation. I some decides to respond to this from this location, I seriously want my money back and i will not order from here again.

Pizza hut just ain’t it anymore. Stuffed crust cheese with sausage, didn’t taste like fresh ingredients. And sauce not flavorful. And the cinnamon sticks… let’s just say ughhh, and I will never ever try those again.

Ordered an hour before close and they never delivered my order, and when I called they just put me on hold for 12 minutes “to check on it”. I hung up and called back thinking maybe they just accidentally forgot about someone being on hold, but this time they simply just didn’t answer. I tried calling several times with the same outcome. I understand when I order late that it sucks for the employees, but it was still an hour before close and I was planning on leaving a relatively large cash tip on top of the card tip because I felt bad for it being so late. I wouldn’t be nearly as mad if they just called me when I ordered it and said they couldn’t make it. But when it’s after 1 am and then I can’t order anything else, it’s pretty annoying. Especially since the next day I have to wait till I get back to the airport to eat and pay 40 dollars for a bag of chips basically. I think this might be the 1st review I’ve ever written. I don’t ever complain, but this was the most ridiculous thing I’ve experienced with a delivery service. Get your crap together. I would give negative stars if I could.

Im so sick of this location it’s always something. My last oder was over an hour late. I tried to put in an order and the promo code i got is not working for this location and its the only one near me. I called the store and they told me the phone lines for the store is offline they not excepting calls so you can’t call and talk to anyone. All the reviews are bad for this location pizza hut needs to do better. Everyone dont have a car so they can’t it to the store to talk to anyone. This is not fair and so unprofessional im sick of it

I order a medium pizza pie from this location 3909 South Blvd and when I arrived home and opened the box, I could not believe what was in it.This is not medium pizza I ordered it was dry and burned and disgusted looking, so I call back to pizza hut and the lady was so disrespectful and she hanged the phone up on me. I would never ever recommend anybody to come there or ever go back to this filthy place again. Very bad business here.

The stuffed crust pizza was great as always! However, there was an issue with the doordash driver that brought my pizza. I had paid for the pizza over the phone when I ordered, but the driver said I had to pay cash. After going back and forth with him for about an hour I finally paid him cash and he said I could get reimbursement. When I call this Pizza Hut a gentleman named Edmund helped me out he gave me the reimbursement for what I was out. Plus he gave me a voucher for my next order! He definitely went above and beyond!
