Pizza was not good this time and hasn’t been the past 3 times I’ve ordered. Pizza was not hot, ask for EZ sauce and I get extra, dough is not crispy even after asking for it well done. The pizza tasted like it was sitting out for a while. I’ve bought about 6 cream cheese icing’s in the past month and got regular icing instead which is $.75 a pack.

Paid for my pizza online then they made me pay for it again at the store. I kept telling them I always order like this Ive already paid. They just dismissed it and said the money would go back on my card but I checked this morning and of course it didn’t. Got charged twice for one pizza. This new management isn’t it.

I absolutely love Pizza Hut. Most of these girls up here are fantastic! I door dash also and they are always polite and on task. Katie and Hannah are very happy, nice and have wonderful attitudes. Thank ya’ll for being human. God bless you all.

Xavier and Rachel are the best!!! Best experience in any restaurant I have had in a long time. One thing to change corporate needs to allow store there on calls I could not understand the person on the phone. I walked in and placed my order.

Ordered delivery, hour later got a call from uber (no clue how or why uber) telling us to resubmit. Needless to say the thirty minute delivery estimate was a bit off. Told them to cancel the order and was hung up on. Called the store directly and cancelled the order. Oddly the app showed the pizza in route for thirty minutes before all of this. Chick-fil-A saved the day and was a third the cost. Haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in more than ten years but remember why I stopped. As an eighties kid it’s hard to witness such a fall as pizza huts.
