I placed an order for pickup and was pleased that my food was ready right on time. The restaurant was clean with a 100% sanitation grade, and the customer service was absolutely stellar—friendly, prompt, and professional.
However, I have to be honest—the pizza sauce did not sit well with me. The flavor was noticeably different, almost as if the recipe had been changed. I was only able to eat one slice, and I am not sure if it will stay down. It is disappointing when brands alter the very recipes that make them unique and recognizable. Consistency is key, and sudden changes can really impact loyal customers.
Still, I give four stars because everything else—the service, cleanliness, and readiness—was excellent. I just hope Pizza Hut reconsiders tampering with what used to be a signature taste.
Update – I wasn’t able to hold down my food. Something in the sauce just isn’t the same, which is really sad because the pizza itself was beautiful. So I have to go from 4 stars to 3.

I order delivery from them all the time. I’ve never had a bad experience! Most of the time Jason delivers our food and he is absolutely amazing! Always polite and respectful and always greets my ASD daughter. Pizza delivery is her favorite. The food is always hot on arrival and drinks cold. I never have complaints when I order from them!

Called to place order, young woman answered the phone ask if it’s carry out/delivery and I say carry out. Ask her to verify the location and then she tells me to hold on, then she comes back and says ok. So I start to order and she hangs up. I call back she then takes my order and at the end I tell her thank you, her reply “yep” click. As a customer service industry, Pizza Hut needs to put more effort into your customer service. This is truly just sad. I’m sure they get minimum $15 an hour, get it together people.

I ordered contactless yes I know no contact but this driver LITERALLY left my food outside on the ground not my door step but the ground practically on the grass with bugs and freaking ants and didn’t ring a door bell, didn’t knock, didn’t text, didn’t even call! Worse of it all my pizza was slung on the ground by the time I even thought to look outside and get it my pizza was freaking cold !!!!
