*Service on pick up was fast, drive thru made it easy.

** I ordered stuff crust with extra sauce and it was dry, so dry I had to use my own sauce just to eat it (If you order stuff crust they should give 2/3 marinara sauces with it)

Website said the pizza was ready… went inside and was told another 5 min cuz pizza was still in the oven. I don’t mind it taking line to begin with but would’ve like proper updates via the website.

The fact you know by which workers are there whether your pizza is going to be good or not is sad. You almost need to ask for the schedule just to avoid them. Other than that if you get the right person making it, great! Otherwise, one worker loads your pizza with so much tomato sauce it’s disgusting!!!!

The worst experience ever. I ordered online a pepperoni pizza. I noticed it did save save my pepperoni and called right away. The lady said no problem we will add the the pepperoni. I said thank you. My pizza comes and it is just cheese. I call the store and a young man with no customer service answered the phone. I explained that my pizza was not correct. Hey say ok so what do you want me to do? I said nothing I will bring the pizza back. I arrived at the store and asked for the manager. The manager did not come to the front. (The gentleman behind me is frustrated because he called is order in waited 30 minutes at home then 30 minutes at the store and still was not ready. ) I then again asked for a manager and the young man get the manager. I explain to her what was going on she said well you did not pay for the pepperoni. I explained that the lady said they would add the pepperoni. At no point did she ask me to pay or even say I am sorry for the miss under standing. The only that was told to me was you didn’t pay for pepperoni. Which I tried to when I called back or could have in person.
With all this said this store might shift is not anyone you want making you food! The other customer also received a refund. (All of AMAZON employees received there food as the walked in)
I ask Elizabeth Gerdes to provide management that has better customer service. The manager that I’m speaking though is attached to this review. Also, my bill that you can see the pepperoni was added to it.
The manager attached is no person that should be in management. She understands customer service.

We had a horrible experience on 02/07 with this pizza place. We ordered , 2 chicken pizzas and wings at around 7 PM, got my delivery around 8:30 PM with a wrong pizza(Beef pizza). I called them up at 9 PM and let them know it’s wrong pizza and they so confidently told they would prepare another chicken pizza and send in 30 mins. Now it’s 10:20 PM, nothing delivered I called again this time spoke to store MANAGER, he was said the pizza is ON THE WAY sir. I waited with my guests embarrassed till 11 PM and finally planned alternative for guests at home. Even for courtesy they have called and informed me why my pizzas were not delivered. Such HORRIBLE customer service. Such an awkward moment for me with guests at home.. NEXT TIME I WOULD BY MISTAKE YOO WOULD’nt Pick this place. WORST PLACE.

Every single time we order pizza….. It’s wrong. Tonight for example, we ordered a large pizza, but instead we got a bread bowl with a handful of stuff thrown in the middle, see picture… I really like pizza hut. I have teenagers at home so I’m not saying teenagers are bad, but the store is run by them. EVERY SINGLE TIME. They always make it right though. That’s where the 3rd start comes from.
