Ordered a few pizzas; Michael was friendly and helpful.
I saw him & two others working inside the store.
My only complaint is the store is dirty.
The glass doors are filthy with greasy finger print marks all over the glass.
Disgusting for a food establishment!!
Also, the counter top looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in months.
Quite greasy all over the front counter!!
This Pizza Hut needs to invest in Windex to clean.

This pizza H location is disgustingly filthy. I arrived yesterday.
How does anyone not notice the crumbs all over the counter? Hand prints on the windows? The doors and floors are dirty and you people inside do not notice?
I cannot imagine what it looks like where the customer cannot see.
I’m surprised this location is still open and allowed to serve any food.
I noticed some other person complained about cleanliness.
The owner apparently didn’t convey the message to his pizza employees.
I walked out and went to another location that was MUCH cleaner!!!!!

Next to Papa John’s Pizza Hut is second. But this place was really good that day. It usually is though. I got Two large pizzas that were delivered and they were on point. Hot, crispy and everyone enjoyed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order! My husband and I received different cheese sticks – mine resembled breadsticks and couldn’t be cut into 10 pieces, while his came with 10 perfectly cut pieces of cheese. To add insult to injury, I paid a tip! Additionally, our apple pie order was incorrect, with one pie missing and several broken pieces. We were supposed to receive 6 pies, not 5. What happened to 2 years ago?

The wings tasted like plastic, or that they were cooked in plastic. I ate one, and tried another and could not get past the plastic flavor. I ordered medium Buffalo. Will not be ordering the wings again, 18$ for flavor of plastic. The bread sticks were fluffy and Great with light flavor they usually sprinkle on top. Have not tried the brownies yet, how could you go wrong with chocolate right?

As others have stated, if you are in the area of this pizza hut save yourself and your money and drive 5 minutes down the road to the south new hope location, haven’t ordered from here in almost a year because everytime i do the pizza SUCKS, today was no different. Ordered a large pizza and wings, wings were ok(pretty hard to screw up frozen wings tossed in sauce) pizza had 0 marinara sauce and i mean ZERO, had to check the receipt and my order on the app to make sure i didn’t ask for no sauce, i didn’t, if i wanted cheese sticks i would have ordered cheese sticks and still had more sauce then came on the pizza.Not only that but when i walked in i was “greeted” by 2 dudes(one not even wearing a pizza hut shirt just a dirty gray shirt) mean mugging me from behind the counter as soon as i walked through the door, I will GLADLY not be back and genuinely hope this location shuts down.

I use this Pizza Hut often, whenever I don’t want to cook for the night and I am never disappointed. Great staff who are always friendly and helpful and Friday was no different. Our pepperoni and supreme pizzas tasted perfect. Thank you so much

So I ordered 25 dollars worth of pizza and wings and when the website said open I came 30 minutes later and y’all were closed while the website still said open. Some people would’ve taken a different approach to this kind of stupidity. Do better or just go draw unemployment.
