Try to explain to cashier, this pizza look like a fist was pushed in and she said it split apart when transferring from cutting board to the box. Not in my 38 yrs eating pizza I’ve ever seen it look like this when u first open the box. U can clearly see it in my photos and also took the color out so you can see the details clearly look like a fist in the pizza. Also hats don’t keep hair from falling in your food. Do any restaurants uses hairnet nowadays sanitation is terrible

I was so pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary customer service at our local Pizza Hut! I was on my way back from SC with my grandchildren and i called my husband at home and he suggested I call in an order and he would pick it up so when I came in with the children we could totally relax. I decided to call the area pizza restaurants to see who had the best deals. Well, I started with Pizza Hut and I did call anywhere else because person who received my call was so polite, kind and helpful. I knew Pizza Hut had added some new items to their menu and I was curious about them. My curiosity turned into several questions and the answers were given most respectfully. Not only is that true, but ALL of the menu items I ordered were fresh, made with quality ingredients (you can tell) and simply delusions! Pizza Hut in Roanoke Rapids is managed by superior individuals who most defiantly lead their employees by example!

Had thin crust pizza for first time and it was delicious
I held back one star because app wouldn’t accept the coupon code. Very aggravating. Finally, just called my order in but lose rewards points. Sucks!
I ordered ahead so I could just zip through the drive through, but one of the three cars ahead of me apparently didn’t call their order in ahead of time and held the rest of us up. That shouldn’t have been allowed. Should have been asked to pull aside so rest of us could get our orders while theirs was being prepared. I would have gotten out of line a gone on inside if I hadn’t been blocked in. Would have been faster to go inside and get my order.

Dinning area was dirty. Tables were not clean dishes piled up at near trash can trash left under the tables and every soda tasted flat out of the fountain. This place is falling apart just like everywhere else there is to eat in roanoke rapids nc. SMH People just dont care anymore.

Would be a higher rating if the employees cared at all. Instead of taking us to a table the waitress pointed to the table and then there was plenty of old pizza and dried up pasta on the buffet. Had to get up and go ask for refills, tables not being cleaned, etc. Look at the pictures.

The service is not professional.
We came at 9:30 pm and they close at 11pm. But the behavior of the workers in cashier is not professional at all.
Also they gave us the wrong pizza after we drove to our hotel.
Never coming again to this pizza hut branch again.
So disappointed of Pizza hut.

This pizza hut was terrific. Especially the employees. They were all very friendly and helpful with the ordering process. Would definitely recommend.

Great food! Wonderful customer service. -1 Star for cleanliness. However, compared to other Pizza Huts, this was better in different ways.

Can you find the green pepper? We did not, but we paid for it. Friday 5:00 PM was not busy. And I won’t be driving back 24 miles round trip for 1/4 of a small pepper.
