Order delivery; accidentally ordered for carry out online. Called store, lady was helpful. Replaced order for delivery, and it was 30 minutes past the delivery time window( gave them grace for mixup on order) delivery finally gets here, and the driver THROWS (like literally slung my food on ground) then when I grab order; one pizza was hard as rocks, second was decent(dry,overcooked) breadsticks were dry and I did not receive my wings. (Whole reason for order). When I called store to inform, they said they would give me a call back. Called store back!? Never heard of that before. No one has called back! I also took video

I have had two terrible experiences with this location. The first time, our pizza arrived late, cold, and with incorrect toppings. I only ordered again because I received a free pizza coupon in apology for the first incident. That time, the order never arrived at all. I tried three times to contact the store for an order update—two of those times, I waited over three minutes and no one answered the phone. The third time, they immediately put me on hold. I waited on hold for more than five minutes before I gave up and ended the call. I will not be wasting my time with another order from this store.

One of the slices was obviously much smaller than the others. I’m not talking about the pizza not being cut evenly, I’m talking about the crust not lining up which is an obvious sign that something else took place with this pizza. I’ve seen videos where pizza workers cut the pizza in a strategic way in order to have a small slice of the pizza. This appears to be what happened here except they didn’t know how to finesse this properly so it was very obvious! (See photos).
The other issue I had was the service. I ordered the pizza online for pick up. When I went to pick up the order the workers never greeted me or spoke any words to me whatsoever. There was nothing pleasant about the interaction. As far as the taste of the food I truly cannot attest to that because I did not personally partake in it.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. He forgot to make one of the items which made the order longer and the pizza was cold. Then when he gets here he only has one soda. I got the box dinner, with the cinnamon sticks he put RANCH instead of icing. ♀️ He had to leave and bring me another soda. I think dude was high because I understand making one mistake but multiple things? They need to hire better delivery drivers, ones that are actually competent enough to handle a simple delivery and literally read on the order what he needs to make and bring. Like I said, don’t go to this location. You’ve been warned.

I go in to place my order a lady with a pony tail with jeans prepping peoples food with no gloves on all in the toppings. Complete one thing leave from preparing someone’s food go grab more dough goes right back to prepping once again hands with no gloves on. It’s to many germs going around out here. We don’t know where your hands were prior to that. She seemed nice but not using gloves is a no go. I can’t eat there. There are times I’ve been here the vibe just seems like everyone is grumpy especially the heavy set short black dude every time. They don’t like to help each other it’s like every man for themselves here. That’s definitely not good it suppose to be team work. It’s like they hate being like damn I’m here but I have a job type deal.

This location is the saddest location I have ever been in. This my third time here and it’s always the same. I walked in wasn’t greeted or asked how may I be helped. So, I took a sit, understanding that they may be short of help or busy. Still l, after 5min. No worker said anything. If I wasn’t watching on someone else’s order I would leave. Yet, I understand the value of greet customer service, so I’ll get the order and deliver it but will never accept another order from this location.

So we ordered the Triple Treat special, 2 med. 1 topping pizzas, breads ticks, and cinnamon sticks along with 12 garlic parm wings. The pizza was so dry and old it was like eating cardboard! There was no garlic or parmesan on the wings! The absolute worst ever

Pizza Hut. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks tonight. My order clearly indicated one pizza was to be with NO SAUCE, both were made with sauce. We waited an hour and half for our pizza. Once home we opened the box to see both have sauce. I am unable to eat tomatoes. My husband called asking for a refund for just the one pizza. He was hung up on by Darlene at the Guess road, Durham, NC location and called back to speak to a manager who was equally disrespectful and also hung up on him. No refund provided for pizza that I can’t eat. I have photos of my receipt and the pizza made wrong. You should be ashamed!! You need to do better!!

This is the ONLY Pizza Hut I like. Great customer service. Friendly staff. My food is ALWAYS hot and ready and done right. I refuse to go to any other pizza place. I order under the name Lola Bunny and I can’t complain about this restaurant at all.

Driver claimed they couldn’t find the house, didn’t even try to text or call and just returned to the store. No followup from the store either. When I called to find out what was going on the person on the phones was rude and tried to argue when I requested a refund. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again.
