The staff here genuinely cares about quality customer service and putting out a good product. I ordered a pickup yesterday, and when I got there, the staff kindly told me they were having to remake my pizza because of a mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, I left with a perfectly made pizza and some Cinnabon minis that they threw in as an apology. They were so, so kind about everything. That kind of customer service is often hard to find nowadays. I have so much respect for the staff at this location and will certainly be back.

Excellent service by Levita . But this location is under staff . I saw her working while I was waiting for my pizza . She was doing the front and back jobs getting the orders right on time. It seems like they need a third person as a floater.

Absolutely baffled by how horrible the service is here. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, but today took the cake. I’m still waiting for my pizza that hasn’t arrived over an hour after the posted delivery time. I call the store and they transfer me to a call center under the guise of transferring me to my “delivery driver.” The call center says they only take orders and transfer me back to the store and the same lady I was speaking to picks up. Once she hears my voice, she hangs up on me!!! Well now I need a refund, so I call again. The call center picks up telling me they can’t transfer me to the store because their phone isn’t working. She unplugged the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

Pizza Hut used to be so good. Crust is tasteless and burnt. Why yall scared to put cheese on the pizza? It’s so dry not cheesy anymore. I keep going back reordering thinking it’s gonna get better but nope. I will definitely find me a new pizza spot to go to.

Customer service for this location was terrible. We placed a delivery order and told the delivery would take 50 minutes. After 1.5 hours we called to understand delay and were told that our order was canceled due to the location having no cheese (how does a pizza restaurant have no cheese!). The manager indicated that we should have been called (we were not called) and that they had plenty of cheese to complete our order. We will never order from this location or Pizza Hut again….should have ordered Papa John’s as requested initially!

The lady that was working there Thursday May 15, 2025 afternoon. I saw her kicking the pan they use to cook food in . That is highly unsanitary. I would not recommend anyone to eat here.

The Customer Service Rep that took the order was RUDE! To say the least, if she didn’t want to come to work 05/20/23, she should have called out!!! Customer Service is key when working with the public! Do not huff and Puff like you don’t want to take my order!! I can EASILY and most likely spend my hard earned money with your competitors. Whoever trained this young lady needs to send her back to Training class for how to speak with customers by phone and take their orders! The pizza also came very WET & Soggy! I will not order from the location again EVER! I will stick with Pizza Hut instead!
