I placed an order over the phone yesterday and I was told my order of six count lemon pepper traditional chicken wings would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to Pizza Hut to pick up my order the employee told me the wings were not ready and he didn’t put the order in the system of course I was extremely upset but I managed to keep calm and cool. I simply asked the employee to reorder the order of wings! Unbelievable, I waited an extra 15 minutes for the food to be ready! When the wings was supposed to be ready when I arrived, while waiting I spoke with the manager… the situation was actually resolved by a complimentary 2-liter Pepsi soda! Moving forward, next time I decide to call in my order I’m definitely going to make sure the order is put in the system! Overall, the chicken wings was delicious and definitely worth the wait.

I hate to give them a 1 because it was not their fault. Could only use drive thru it was after 9. A client in the front of the line would not move and made them make their order while they held up the line. The manager should have called the police and made the car move. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order that was ready in 15 minutes. The manager explained to us all. I had to call into the store to see what was going on. Why not pull the vehicle. I hate the saying that customers are always right because this was not the case. About 7 cars left the drive thru do to this. The Mager credited my account for the meal. We waited almost an hour. The manager should have called the police this time, sorry. Our order was cold when we got it. Was the worst experience ever. But it was not the restaurant fault. They were trying to please a customer they could not please. They lost a lot of business due to this rude customer. Next time, call the police. Sorry, not sorry!!

We were going to take one of our grandkids for lunch. We got there and a sign on the door said NO DINE IN DUE TO SHORT Staff. We drove around to the window to see if we could order. We love the Thin Crust Pizza Supreme. Waited a few minutes with no one inline if front of us…. We decided to go to Mellow Mushroom so we could eat inside.

Cold pizza. 2 hours late… I ordered the New Yorker and it was cold. It won’t hot… not even a semi heat.. and they had door dash deliver it.. idk what to say but this is why I don’t order from pizza hut… things have changed since the 90s and 2000s. Yall don’t taste the same no more.. im tired of putting my pizza in the oven when I get it.. I’m so freaking tired of it.. that’s why I order from dominoes and depending on the people they ain’t no better.. if you pay your drivers better than the spokesman of pizza hut, maybe my pizza would have gotten here on time.. I made my order at 657pm.. didn’t get it till 845pm. Make it make sense.. but I want my money back.. 21 dollars… New Yorker 13.99 5.00 delivery fee and tax came up to 20.90. But my pizza was cold tho.. I don’t understand it.. and that why I do t order frm yall. It don’t matter if I carry out, still sorry..

Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years but needed something delivered quickly. Well, the delivery was fast but the taste was disappointing. My family & I agreed that the toppings were good but the sauce & crust were not. And the breadsticks were just plain terrible. Also, we ordered pan crust and got hand tossed.

We only get delivery. It has always been on time. Usually most items are delivered. The store number is in the app. I’d recommend calling first to verify if non-pizza items are available. Like many stores right, now not all products are being delivered to retailers. If ordering pizza, pasta, breadsticks and chicken there shouldn’t be an issue. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Ordered from here a couple times. first time they didn’t bring my my drinks or sauces. They called and gave me a credit. all good! Then yesterday, I placed a order in the app and they cancelled it… I called and they told me 45 minutes. They never showed up. She told me she processed a charge of 41 dollars and when i drove up to the place, light were out and everyone gone, 20 minutes before closing. never going to eat here again!!! ONLY upside is some of the staff is fairly nice. But if I never get my food, what the point…
