On November 22 2025 at 8:32pm I walked into this Pizza Hut asking the worker web am I able to order order the $7 deal 2 or more in the store or is it online , web was very unprofessional how she kept replying to me eventually she asked the manager Holly she gets loud and disrespectful and start talking to me like I don’t have no common sense saying you know if you go outside and look on the door where the big signs are that’s the only deals we do in the store do you understand so me trying to be polite I say thank you I will be back. Not to mention she already made me feel low as a human she told Web as I walked out the store when customers like her type come in here you ask her if she stupid them deals are only online. In fact I also felt racially profiled by the manager she was having a rough day you could see it all over her face and I didn’t deserve that as a customer ordering from this Pizza Hut for the FIRST TIME . So when I arrived back and I told the worker web I placed my order online it’s too quiet she staring at me like she wants me to leave so I try to start a conversation with her while I’m holding my infant baby we begin to smile and chat, so I see on the board I got like 7 mins til my food ready I asked about their Pizza Hut bags because I see steam keeping the food fresh again I’m just tryna Conversate. So I also told web on the app when ordering sodas I order 2 – two liters both Mountain Dew because the only options was Mountain Dew and Pepsi , I would like to switch the flavors for one of the sodas to Sunkist orange she kept reply huh so you wanna buy two more sodas I’m like no eventually we got to an understanding. So when I arrived home I called Holly my bacon pizza was a cheese pizza burnt and my breadsticks were cold and didn’t have no Mariana so at this point I’m asking questions to Holly . So when I was talking to someone on the phone Holly never mentioned she was the one who answered the call she mentioned she was the manager when I started complaining about my order I spent $50 on saying I remember you you was being rude to my worker which was a false and I felt very unjust not just with customer service from the manager and her employees but also with my order. So Holly like I know your type I don’t care if you report me I’m telling my other manager to not give you nothing and then she didn’t wanna give me her name til at the very end before she hung up she said it very rude and fast also she called me a liar multiple times over the phone and was acting very narrow minded I just would like my order remade she told me she is not helping me so I will be up there in a few mins to speak with another Manager . Also I was playing holding my infant baby the whole time waiting for my order and me and Web was smiles and chatting for awhile . So being lied on was so unacceptable and I felt humiliated in front of others. Holly was very ignorant and scared me and my daughter .

The main reason we order Pizza Hut is because they have the best wings. Last night we ordered our usual Super Supreme pizza along with wings. The wings were great as usual. This is the pizza we got. It was inedible and obviously not what I ordered. And the store was closed when we got it so it was too late to get a replacement. Very disappointing.

Ordered a pizza without cheese, pizza came loaded with cheese, got transferred to a call center and endless hold music. no one answered a phone call, they likely won’t issue a refund. Very disappointed. – that was a previous rating. Gave them another try. Can confirm that nothing changed. Got a pizza loaded with cheese when we requested none. Crust was undercooked and they didn’t include sauces. My partner can’t eat cheese so getting a whole pizza with cheese not only leaves her in a spot, but paying $40 for half of a bad meal really sucks. Really a bad team putting these orders together. We are dominoes only people now. Strike 2, you’re out.

I have previously been pretty critical of this location since they moved. I think they have improved quite a bit over the last year. Don’t have issues with orders quite as much anymore. They still seem to struggle with making breadsticks the way they used to but the Pizza has been great my past few times. You just need to be careful with their delivery drivers. Ive had them pick up and deliver the wrong order and since they are doordash based they never did respond about fixing that. Check your orders on arrival and you should be fine

SPent 50 bucks on food just to get the wrong food. When mentioning it to the manager on staff she raised her voice at me. Like bro you got MY order wrong. Like get bent. Worst part Ive ordered from the same place 3 dfferent times now, the previous issues ive had were from the drivers ( not the stores fault) and after getting screwed the thrd time in a row your gonna get pissed off at me? Wild. Will not be ordering from pizza hut in this area again.

I asked for my pan pizza well done. I opened the box and I could see the topping were still raw. The crust was still slightly doughy. I took 2 bites and took it back. The personal pan pizza was fine. When I went back I was asked what was wrong with the pizza, I asked is she looked at it. How could anyone slice the pizza that many times and not notice? I never had any issues at the previous location. Also, when I called and asked which HT they were near the person couldn’t tell me. I said, are you at the McCrimmon/ Davis intersections? She had no idea. They’re located in McCrimmons Corners. That might be a clue.

I saw the reviews after I ordered but also felt my order wasn’t big enough to tax. From the looks of it, the crew will take their tips by any means. From the way the cheese folds in between the to slice and the one slice being so irregular, it’s clear as day they cut out a lil piece. This is disrespectful on so many levels. I had to stop going to the pizza hit on Lake Grove and was happy when this store opened up. At this point, I can no longer go to a pizza hut in Morrisville.

Pro-tip – ordering online and giving a generous tip doesn’t mean they’ll do a better job on your food. In my experience, it means the opposite – they’ve already got your money, they don’t care if they do a good job or not.
I don’t ask for much, just a pizza that is sliced all the way through, but they can’t seem to do that here :-/
