Raw pizza!! Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of which were raw through out, the third was raw in the middle. We were denied a refund and told that it was impossible to be undercooked. As shown in the pictures, the only parts cooked were the edges and very bottom layer that touches the pan. After being talked down to by the manager on duty, he told us to call corporate and hung up. Will not only be contacting corporate but will be looking into health code violations.

The lights above the table that hang at eye level had super bright bulbs in them. So bright the were obnoxious. They served us bottle drinks. Our server did not bring menus. We just asked us to order. We had to request menus. My wife got the salad bar. The lettuce was all brown and wilted. She had to go to the counter to request silverware. They brought our pizza, and we had to request plates. When done, we had to go ask for a box and the check. Servers were not rude but also acted bothered to have customers. All around poor service for a dine in establishment. Pizza was good, but I recommend carry out cause you are gonna have to get everything on your own anyway.

We ordered a pizza like we do every Friday (pizza night for the week) asking for “double mushrooms” and “double olives” on half the pizza, paying the extra charge. We ended up with 8 total pieces of mushroom and a hand full of olives (see attached picture). This has happened a few times recently… It used to be we actually would get double mushrooms on our pizza but evidently they have changed their metrics. Are 4 mushrooms the normal serving now? Is there some sort of mushroom shortage I’m not aware of? The cost for extra mushrooms dwarfs what would be considered generous on a pizza if I just bought some, sliced them up and donated them to pizza hut.

$9.99 buffet is a very mediocre small selection of luke warm pizza. If you call and ask the price they’ll quote you with and without a drink, but for the past year+ when you get there they tell you all they have is 20oz bottles (I guess the water machine is broken??). Not going back.
