Pizza is terrible… what kind of pizza place doesn’t add sauce on the pizza? Every time I’ve lifted the cheese it’s stuck to the bread with no sauce in between.. been working in that Hut too long might as well call it cheesy hut. do better smh.

I had a great experience at Pizza Heart in Goldsboro, thanks to Alicia Rivers! She’s a young cashier with a very positive attitude and a welcoming smile. She was polite, professional, and made the ordering process quick and easy. It’s always refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with kindness. I ordered a delivery order but was never notified that it was delivered, by the time I noticed it was outside, my food was covered in ants and was not edible anymore. When I called the store, the lady that answered was very polite about the situation but did mention that her manager was not lenient. I ended up getting recompensed a credit refund but was still left starving. :((((

Good pizza! We got a medium with black olives and red onion and another medium with pepperoni and pineapple. The pepperoni/pineapple had a parmesan crust. Their 3 crust options are all good. You can’t go wrong. I think the s’mores on top of the cookie was unnecessary but my husband wanted to try it. The staff was very nice as well.

Asks for a tip in the app when ordering carryout. I put 0, then once again when I picked up the order they had me sign a receipt asking for a tip for carryout at a fast food place.

We ordered a supreme pizza with no pork and added chicken. When we returned home and opened it it was a regular supreme with pork and no chicken. We called and we were on hold for a long time. Then I called and finally got the manager. She said she would take care of it. We got there and the pizza still had pork. The other manager said he would take care of it. We sat in the parking lot until it was ready. We had 3 pizzas. The 2nd manager took one of the pizzas back.

I tried to order online, but the website was so SLOW and kept dropping items from my pizza. So I finally called but what I was told was I could not order my choices from the store, it was online only. I told them the website was acting up but it didn’t make any difference to them. So, I tried again, got so disgusted that I closed the website page and installed the app. It was a breeze.
When we finally got the pizzas they were stale, cold, over cooked and very dry, hardly any sauce at all. We ate them of course, it was too far to return them. But how we did long for what we were used too, fresh veggies, piping hot and moist pizza. Maybe next time but that will be a long way off. We have to have time to forget this terrible experience. It would be nice if I could get a coupon for a free pizza after all of this.
