The restaurant was not very clean, especially during the night shift. Service was slow, and staff frequently left the counter, which caused delays. I was also concerned about hygiene, as employees were talking closely over uncovered food. This made me uncomfortable, and I hope management improves cleanliness and food-handling practices.

We got to the place at 4 25. We see on our ticket that the order was not even placed until 4 55. The waitress left that took our order. My husband ordered Pan pizza. He was given thin crust. When he told the manager, the man was rude and said they don’t do small in pan. Ok. Why weren’t we told? And nothing was said about the time it took to get our order. What happened to customer service? It is NOT HERE!! With all the other great places to eat around here, this place is off my list now.

My first return to Pizza Hut since the 90s and it was the most disgusting tasting garbage I’ve ever had. Salty, nasty sauce, burned onions, and tasteless cheese with questionable mushrooms. The Aberdeen Proving Grounds for Alka Seltzer, and a real Grinch’s buffet. Sending to Mulder and Scully to investigate.

go to domino’s or even drive out the way to papa john’s because customer service is so rude. also they didn’t even put the sauce for my wing all the way on the wings it’s half covered then i asked for a ranch after tipping $2 online and the lady at the counter tells me it’s $2 for ranch that super tiny this location will not be seeing me again for sure!! please hire people who care i know that is hard to find now a days

This place was better before the new manager came, just picked up my food when i walked in employee was laughing and giggling at me while i was trying to pick my order up. Got my cheesesticks and had no seasoning nor was the cut it was like they threw them in the box right after the oven, noticed there was nothing but untrained “kids” in there and no customer service skills really bad experience!

I’m staying at the hotel for a few days and didn’t feel like going anywhere so I decided to try Pizza Hut, big mistake. First of all, I requested delivery and the time told me it was gonna take 25 to 35 minutes. Then I got message after message saying my order was running late and every time that new time came, they will send me another message with a new time stamp. So I had to call the store. They told me they were waiting on door dash, HOLD UP YALL DONT HAVE UR OWN DELIVERY DRIVER! So instead, I had to go pick it up so let me remind you my food is already been sitting there for about an hour. Luckily, they gave me $10 off my order because of this so thank you. But honestly, I should’ve just not picked it up. I should’ve just went somewhere else and got food because now I’m gonna have to throw away a whole pizza and some boneless wings because they taste like cardboard and super DRY because they been sitting there. They could’ve requested to make me another pizza because they were not busy at all. They only had one table in the whole restaurant when I went there. I get stuff happens, but as a woman who’s been working in the food hospitality industry for years this is just unacceptable. Never again. SMH

They were not busy but it took a long time to wait on us, then I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless chicken and it came out with a little sauce on it I sent it back and it came back with less than the first time, I sent it back and told them to take it off my bill and the pizza was not hot but we ate it.

It was ok. No music playing anymore so it’s super quiet inside. Dine in closes at 9pm. And we ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza on hand tossed crust that was literally so thin and crunchy it was like a chip with bbq sauce on it, no thick crust to actually fill us up. And $9 to add a salad bar to a pizza, wow. Disappointed.
