This was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I placed an online order for pick-up and arrived promptly to collect it. What followed was a complete failure of basic business operation.
Upon entering, I stood at the front counter waiting for my order for nearly 30 minutes. During this entire time, not a single team member acknowledged my presence. I was ignored, despite multiple staff members being visible at various points. My pizza, which I saw sitting in a thermal bag, was clearly ready but was left to get cold.
The reason for the total lack of service became apparent when I realized where the entire team was: gathered in the back area. The staff was engaged in a loud and unprofessional argument about work responsibilities.
I could clearly hear them arguing about “who does what” and how they “are not going to support one another.” This conversation was inappropriate for a business to be having during operating hours and was especially disrespectful while a customer was standing feet away waiting to be served.
I eventually felt compelled to take a picture and then a video of the situation to document the complete breakdown of service and unprofessionalism.
After the half-hour ordeal, my pizza was, unsurprisingly, cold because it had been sitting ignored in the bag. The focus of the entire team was clearly on their internal disputes rather than the customers waiting at the counter.
I strongly recommend the management at this location address the complete lack of customer service training and the extremely unprofessional conduct of the staff. This experience was unacceptable.

Great people who make you feel like family. The Manager Stacey is level headed and concerned about the surrounding community. Always willing to help if she can and still gets the job done.
It’s located in the Rams Plaza strip mall. So depending on what time of day that you go, dictates parking availability. They’re a high volume store and the rise in morale is due largely to the Store Manager Stacey.

So I went to the restaurant all I wanted was cheese breadsticks but I knew it was a special. He said no but after I paid I looked up on pizza Hut app it is. 6.00 I may add and you get a 2 litter with it. In the times of saving money everything counts. Always look at the app before going to this location.

I ordered a large pizza yesterday. I went to pick up the order, and the manager, Stacey, was checking it. She found it has different ingredients than what I ordered. She immediately offered me partial compensation or another pizza instead. I’m impressed by the customer care of this location. And the pizza was delicious. I will definitely come again here, and I’d like to thank Stacey for her kindness and willingness to offer the best service to the customers.

Absolute worst experience! Will never order from this place again! How the hell does a 40 mins wait turn into two hrs and 30 min wait, then turn into oh I’m sorry we don’t have a delivery driver. Smh didn’t you think to tell us that before you took our money and made us wait for hrs! I come pick it up and then the lady telling me I have to repay cause she had to cancel my order. Will never ever order from here again! zero stars!

Very busy shopping center. Parking was hard to find on a Friday. But the food and service itself was as expected of a Pizza Hut. Service was fast and friendly.

I ordered late-night pickup and was very happy to experience the tastes from my childhood. I don’t each pizza often and haven’t had the Hut in probably 10 years, but the recipe is just as good as I remember. Great service here too!

Twice I ordered delivery and the pizza didn’t come until half an hour after estimate. Awful customer service as I was told I couldn’t contact driver. Second time I didn’t even wait. I have dignity and a life. So do workers here who can’t do their job. Shut this place down.

I placed an order on the phone with the person over the store. she was very polite, positive, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the customer service. I know that they were short handed but an area of improvement that I can offer is the making of the pizza. Other than that, everything was good.

Stopped by to grab a pizza on New Years Eve 2024. Did not realize what day it was until I saw the packed store with only *one* employee working.
Y’all need to give that kid a hell of a raise. He kept his composure, had a good attitude, clearly had an experienced workflow figured out, and managed to get everyone out without a horrendous wait.
I understand corporate culture and their aggressive allergy to paying people what they’re worth, but whatever this guy is being paid, he deserves more.
