I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The store was dirty from the moment I walked in floors, counters, and even cooked dough just sitting out on racks in the open. It felt very unsanitary.
I ordered chicken Alfredo, which was honestly the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It tasted like the chicken or cheese was old. My order was supposed to include breadsticks, but I was told they were out and given boneless wings instead. The wings were cold and just as bad.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to deep clean the store and retrain staff on food safety serving cold food is unacceptable!

I placed my order online. I got the message that my order was ready. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. When I walked inside, you could tell that they were “short of help” The Lady (was nice)was preparing orders, and She wasn’t using her inner voice, because She was talking loudly trying to find 1 of the Employees. I’m guessing he had went to restroom. I could tell that She had to Multi task, The service was very slow. But the young Man, was nice. The food (pizza, was good) bread sticks were little hard. Wings were okay. Place was a little dirty (due to lack of help)

I wanted to see if the Pizza Hut dine in experience was any good with my family and I was disappointed. We got there and they were only taking orders as takeaway orders and the tables were available to sit at. No fountain drinks, just bottled drinks could get a 2 liter bottle and they can give cups. We got our food. My dad went and found his own plates behind a counter along with napkins. The crust on the pizzas and the breadsticks did not have any butter or seasonings on it. I pulled the plain breadsticks out and asked to get butter and seasonings on it. They put it on but did not heat it so that’s why the bread was not golden brown and just light. They had closed the dine in area before 7 pm. We will not be going to dine in with Pizza Hut going forward.

Being kind and rating this on past pizza hut experiences, hands down the absolute worst ever. Honestly, this location will likely close judging by reviews and local popularity. I was warned not to go here. Everything was overcooked and hard. Had them remake the melts and still overdone. While I was waiting, I watched every pizza exit the oven overcooked.
As you can see in the photos, the melts are rather flat, unlike those I’ve had at other Pizza Huts. There might have been 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken fettucine pasta. I’m not sure what’s up with that, but it’s obvious the size of the wings their chickens are chicks. I felt sorry for them as it was a shame the sacrifice made only to be overcooked to the point they were dried into chicken Jerky on the bone.
A lot could be forgiven with good service, but alas, even that was terrible. The lady putting orders together could’ve been having a bad day, and I could normally sympathize and did what I could to brighten her day by adding a tip even though it was take-out. Alas, I suppose nothing I could’ve done would have helped. She was bitter, throwing pans and slamming boxes together in a seeming fit of rage.
I realize this is Pizza Hut and that, in and of itself, compared to other chains, is lacking. However, I would typically give Pizza Huts a 3 for their melts and a 2 for their pizza. This particular only received the 1 because that is as low as can go and leave a review. Here I would realistically go -2 for the melts, -4 for the dried out bakes, -5 for the dried out baby chicken wings, and -2 for the overcooked bread sticks.

Every time I come here, which is pretty regularly I get perfect service, the time to wait given online is usually just about perfect, and the food is so solid. I love their pan pizza and was excited for the cheesy bites return. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked and I’m a sucker for those cinnabon mini bites, if you get those though, splurge the 99 cents for extra frosting. Just wanted to thank yall for always being a great choice for dinner. Oh and pepperoni ranch is insane.

If I could give a 0 I would. Received a text my order was delivered at 309. no food. Went to the buildings across from my building. No food. Immediately called and was told the system showed out for delivery call back in 10 minutes (call center). Called back was told the same thing to call back in 10. Called back a 3rd time was forwarded to the store, spoke to someone and was told my food was delivered and hung up on. Called back again got the store and asked to speak to a manager a woman said she was a manager and was told the driver said my order was delivered to building ##33 (wrong address) and there’s nothing she could do. I said that’s not the right building number she said I misspoke. She said the driver was very descriptive and handed my food to a man putting a shirt on and I was hung up on again (mind you, NO MAN LIVES WITH ME). Called back again, receiver picked up and hung up on. Called back again (now I’m infuriated), receiver picked up and hung up.
I typically don’t have any issues with this store but what I experienced today was beyond disrespectful.

Ordered a big dinner box with wings. Somehow they messed everything up in the box, which is surprising since we were the only people there.. picked up at the time quoted and everything is stale from being out too long. Pizzas didn’t spread out the sauce so mostly crispy and they didn’t season the crust or the bread sticks which tasted like yesterday’s batch. Also they didn’t sauce the wings they gave us a bowl with 4 larger wings and a bunch of crunchy bites with no chicken in astounded at this
30$ for a dinner that’s nearly inedible. Plus it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year inside.

Popped in to get a pizza after a 3day beach vacation, on the way home, so I wouldn’t have to cook. Wasn’t even sure they were open, until I pulled the door. Dark & extremely hot, inside. I had to sit next to the employee fan, while waiting on my pizza. Floors & counters didn’t look very clean. The guy at the counter was sweet. Not great that you can only get stuffed crust with a large sized pizza.

Today I had the worst customer service experience ever. After walking in to receive my order, I waited to be greeted for nearly two minutes. I saw multiple individuals working; however, they were entertaining themselves as if I was not a a patron of their business. Even after walking out and back into the establishment, I was still not greeted. I asked the team in the restaurant if they usually greeted people and Iyvone, the clerk, whom I later found out was the manager, had a horrible attitude. It is unfortunate that my experience was such and, I don’t plan to return to this establishment.
