If I could rate 0 stars I would. If I could rate negative stars I would. No wonder over 300 locations are closing down, when stores like this exist. This should be the first one to close immediately. I placed my order at 6:23, the estimate time was 40-55 minutes, cool. They don’t give me a tracking number til 7:17…weird. Then the time kept changing it and the order wasn’t even confirmed til 7:23 when I got a driver. I was already irritated but I was giving them a chance. Even if I wanted to cancel my order they don’t let you My food finally comes at 8:00…almost two hours later. Then the food…my goodness the food…nothing fresh. It looks like it’s been sitting out for 10 years literally disgusting. All I want is a refund and the store doesn’t even answer their phone. This place should be should be demolished, I’ll work the bulldozer myself. Terrible food. Terrible service (or lack therof). I can’t emphasize enough how repulsive this situation is. Hope this place closes down soon. Don’t order from here! Oh I forgot to mention, pizza hut won’t deliver themselves so they get DoorDash to do it for them and none of the food was sealed up. So dangerous

Good customer service is not dead! We ordered 2 pizzas online. We picked them up and they were not correct. I called the store and they made sure to give me store credit toward my next order. I was frustrated but thankful they didn’t just say the usual, “sorry about that.” When I ordered the replacement pizzas they were perfect! Good amount of toppings and pan crust crispy and just right. Thank you for leaving a better taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

Ok mistakes happen, they messed my order, not the first time, but this time I didn’t have time to wait for them to remake pizza so they said they will issue me a credit. This was 3 weeks ago, I go in today to get a pizza and their is no credit. Guy who was working there says he is the district manager and doesn’t see a credit. Says he would have known if this was a credit issued because he’s always at work. I describe the crew who was working and ask him to call his employees, then he says maybe they talked to another manager. I showed him where I was charged in the app and my acct. He said looks like it was refunded. [NO SIR] just said he could not find it in his system. Reminder you can see the past purchase on the app. Then he says maybe I paid for the wrong order. I say what are you talking about? Didn’t happen & whY does that have to do with my credit. Needless to say he didn’t honor transactions and was extremely rude. Make sure you ask for refund right there if you experience issues.

Sarah helped us when ordered Pizzas for pickup. She was very helpful and kind. This place is for pickup only.

I had given a five star review before, but I am changing it to three stars based on a recent experience. I ordered and paid for the pizza online. When I went to pick up the pizza, I had to choose an amount to tip before I could collect the pizzas.

I fail to understand the logic behind this genius idea.
Why force a customer to give a tip when this is not a situation where a tip should be expected? All they did was put the pizza in the box and hand it over to me over the counter. Why not ask for a donation, as that would have made more sense.

I don’t think we will order pizza from here again.

2/23/21 – There were good and bad points to our first P.H. order at this location. The positives: ordering and paying by phone with curbside pickup was very convenient. The two employees I dealt with were courteous and professional, and the pizza came out very quickly. (Well under the allotted 15-20 minutes.)
BUT, once home, my hubs and I were quite disappointed with the current promotional DETROIT pizza. I ordered the Supremo version which came with Italian Sausage, Green Bell Peppers, and Onions. (Unfortunately, I did not check the pizza before I left the parking lot, partly because it smelled really good.) The box states: “50% more cheese, and Loaded with toppings”… that was NOT what we had before us. There were SEVERAL bites within each slice that only consisted of sauce and bread, and maybe the thinnest hint of cheese. We were both famished, so we ate it anyway. But, to try to end on a positive note, when we did get a bite with all three ingredients present it tasted as you’d hope, just not very cheesy. And, the (promo, Detroit-style?) crust was lighter, spongy, and the crispy edges were very nice.
We’re gonna give these guys a second chance, but paying $14.93 for the version of the Detroit Supremo Pizza we received left us feeling cheated and disappointed.

I ordered two pizzas over the phone through Pizza Hut’s call center and finalized my order at 7:05 PM. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store at 7:15, and the TV screen showed my order would be ready at 7:22.

By 7:35, nothing had been handed to me, so I politely inquired. A new employee named Aaron told me it was still in the oven. At 7:40, a female employee arrived and began helping get orders out. At 7:42, I saw one of my pizzas come out, but not the second. I was told it would be “right out.”

Fast forward to 7:58 still no second pizza. A male employee told the female staffer to offer me a free soda… Are you kidding me? This was a $46 order, and I had been waiting inside the store for 45 minutes at this point.

Finally, at 8:07 PM, the second pizza came out. I asked (politely) how they thought it was acceptable to let my first pizza sit under the heater for 27 minutes. Aaron’s response? “It is fine — it keeps it warm.” Seriously?

This location was a complete embarrassment — poorly run, no communication, no professionalism, and zero accountability. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact customer service myself. Aaron even refused to provide the number and told me to look it up.

Unfortunately, this experience reflects a lack of training, leadership, and basic customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others think twice before doing business here.

Horrible experience with unprofessional employees!

To date 7/6/25..After contacting the Escalation Department and was told the General Manager would call within 48 hours – NOTHING has happened. Excellent customer service.

If I could give them zero stars, I would!

After watching Pizza Hut commercials for the last two days—thought we’d give them a try! What a disappointment—so frustrated!!!

Ordered two specialty pizzas and brownie online—that’s the ONLY thing that was good!

Pizza (NOT BROWNIE) was delivered TWO HOURS later and COLD, HARD, DISGUSTING!!! **Gonna try to upload pics) Not even close to edible.

Called what i thought was the store but it was a service center that put me on hold for over 11 min and then hung up on me.

BF called, waited six minutes and when i finally got to talk to tge ‘manager’ she NEVER apologized, just saud tgey were busy. As for not sending my brownie—she said she had been adking her employees for the ladt hour who it belonged too and no one knew!
I foukd go on and on with what happened next—but im starving and Dominos just arrived—ordered it 35 min ago and it just arrived—SUPER Hot!!!

I come to this Pizza Hut a lot because I live close by. But I bought brownies that was dry and wanted to get a refund and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I didn’t agree with what they said because I had also bought a special which the brownies were not included so I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a refund. That was the 2nd time so I didn’t want them remade… The guy called his GM walked to the back and the GM said the same thing. I was like show me that policy but it’s not sitting anywhere. I called another Pizza Hut asked them if I wasn’t pleased with something they offered to remake or give a refund… I then told them where I was they said, they were not being honest…. So that’s when the GM said but we already made the brownies for you… Yeah but they are DRY!! What are you not getting!!! I’m reporting them to corporate

UPDATE: Called back too see if I could order again using only their regular drivers which she said was the case. Guess what? NO CREDIT WAS APPLIED LIKE I WAS TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I ordered food through their website like I always do. I called to check on the order because it had been a while. I was told that they had to use Doordash for the order instead. Keep in mind, there was no mention of this during the online process. I just got my food well over 1.5 hrs later. Its lukewarm, dry and old. I threw it all out. The customer service line offered me $10. I spent $27. People work hard for their money and some of us can’t afford to lose it due to the company doing weird stuff. Disappointed is not the word.
