Hey all, I just remembered a conversation I had with a driver from pizza hut showed up at the same time my instacart did.
My delivery was fine and the driver was great! I asked him if he gets paid good, like doordash and the other apps, and he said “Hell no” bc they dont pay them their tips! So I asked him “where do my tips go then?” What I couldn’t believe was he said I’m basically tipping the company on top of the delivery fee I’m charged!!! Huh? Why am I paying the company tips?
Noting this information I will no longer be tipping ANY drivers from pizza hut! The more you know!

I understand that today is the $2 deal so the place is busy. I understand call outs and that can shake up the day for any business. What I do not understand is employees not acknowledging customers who are coming in to wait. I do not understand how you have an employee at the front of the business on a register cussing at customers. She has a curly ginger wig with a flower in her hair and glasses. The lady asked a simple question and she got attitude and disrespect in response. Then the girl proceeded to go to the back counter and continue to shout to at the customer from there. She made loud comments about ‘how we could make our own stuff then.’ Then she has her friends up at the front talking about ‘she hopes she sees the lady outside.’ This is the most unacceptable customer service I’ve ever seen.
I placed my order online 30 minutes before I walked in here. It’s been an hour since the approximate time of completion. Then after acknowledging that I was here twice. I heard someone in the back say she left. When I have been sitting here the whole time. Then when I asked about my order, proceeded to tell me that ‘we thought she left.’ I don’t even own a car to have gone to sit in my car. I missed 3 buses waiting and I still need to get back to work. The manager was suppose to be in at 1:30, never showed up. And I still haven’t been acknowledged for my refund.
Update, 2 hours later. I am just now being told that they do not have the bread for the pizza that I ordered at 12:45 it is not 2:37. I have asked about this order 5 times, I was told once that it was being packed and another time they were working on it.
We were told the GM comes in at 1:30 and that we could to talk to him. When he arrived, he was asked if he was the manager, he told us that he was not the manager and that he was ‘only here to help.’ Only for him to be the one to address me as the manager and process my refund.
Will I be compensated for the 2 hours of work that I am now missing considering I have to wait for the bus to get back to my office, no.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, but gave it a try after receiving coupons in the mail. Ordered twice from this location & have not been disappointed. Always fresh & plenty of toppings. The stuffed crust & pan pizza bring back memories. I miss the dine-in restaurants of the ’90s with the amazing salad bars! Love that they brought back the classic logos though!

I asked for extra sauce on my pizzas and they barely had any sauce on them. I spoke to someone in the store and they promised me a $25 credit because the order was over $30 when I called Beck to redeem they lied and said that I only had a $10 credit, I would’ve never gone for that ever because I didn’t even eat the trash that they sent me. For some reason or another, they refused to put the adequate amount of sauce on a pizza, even in when I requested extra sauce. Do not trust this establishment. They ruin the Pizza Hut name.

I’m really disappointed with the experience I had here. I placed my order ahead of time and arrived expecting it to be ready. Not only was it not ready, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes with no clear update. I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to take my son to football practice and asked for a refund. They refused.
It honestly felt like my time and hard-earned money meant nothing. My son ended up late to practice and worse, he left hungry. That’s a tough thing for any parent to deal with.
To make matters worse, the manager, Anthony, was completely unprofessional and dismissive. No apology, no effort to make things right, just a cold attitude like we didn’t matter. A little understanding and accountability would’ve made a huge difference, but we didn’t get that.
I won’t be coming back, and I hope they take this as a wake-up call to treat customers with more care and respect.

I ordered my meal and they did my pizza’s right. But the sides dishes and the extras I ordered. They literally messed it up and gave me whatever I’m so upset at pizza hut right now. I ordered the large cookie I received a brownie, I ordered 2 parmesan shakers didn’t receive that at all thats 2 bucks gone… I ordered Cinnamon sticks and got roasted garlic sticks with icing. I ordered bone in spicy garlic chicken and got boneless medium chicken. I waited so long foe my food and didn’t receive my order on a the scheduled eta that was given to me. So I just took the loss. But I’m very upset…

This store needs to be closed.. I ordered my pizza at 10 and never got it. I called the call center 5 times to be put on hold and the call to hang up. No one could help, no one would understand the problem. They just said the store is under maintenance but will check then nothing. Went to the store they were open. This is crazy. Do better

We ordered pizza from here last night and it was awful. First it took over 30 minutes to get it delivered when it should only take 15 minutes from the restaurant and when it did get here it was cold. Here is a picture of the meatlovers and it had NO SAUCE on it. Very disappointed and will not order from here again. I tried to call but was told too busy to talk. Well next time I will be too busy to order from here.

The lady working was not coming to the counter at all. She said she would be a minute when she finally noticed the fryers screaming, but went back to talk on the phone to who sounded like a friend, given she was cursing and laughing. In the 20 minutes we stood in the lobby numerous groups of people came in and left. I understand being short staffed, but this was a bit ridiculous. The pizza was made poorly, and the sauce containers for the flight were only 1/3 of the way full. It was a waste of money. We will be talking to management about this whenever they are in.
