This store was beautiful. Natural, real plants in the window. Decorated tables, I think it was fall decor if I recall correctly. The young lady was very nice and you could tell she was working hard. And the pizza was really, really good! It seems so hard to find good food and good service anymore but this one fit that bill. You can tell the manager really cares about their store.

Ordered two pizzas for dinner tonight. A large pan pizza with ham, pineapple, and banana peppers. The pizza was literally barely even dusted with toppings. What little ham and pineapple they put on it was only in the very center of the pizza. The banana peppers were dried out to the point they were dehydrated and crispy (gross!) My second pizza which was a a large specialty pizza, a Meat Lovers pizza, which they advertise as having over a pound of meat and cheese on it. Well NOT at this store! Again, it barely had any toppings on it. They didn’t even slice the pizzas all the way through! Is that too much to ask? I spent $30.94 on pizza that had fewer toppings than the frozen pizzas in the grocery store!! This store is a disgrace and should be ashamed to serve pizza like this to people. At a time in our world when the majority of us struggle to afford to put food on the table, and they think what they served me for over $30 was FINE?? What is wrong with you Pizza Hut of Whitsett? This is definitely not in compliance with what the Pizza Hut brand and franchise’s standard of quality is supposed to be and y’all know that. I got ripped off!

Awful experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a zero stars option. They refused to accept a coupon expiring 12/31/2022 which THEY published in the Alamance County NC Attractions Guide (see picture). I had used an exact same coupon 3 months earlier at this location which they accepted. Today, thay told me “Corporate” changed its mind on accepting the coupon. I paid $20 for the Attractions Guide, a fund raiser, to support my church and have the coupons to use. Thanks to this Pizza Hut location, my investment in the guide gave me nothing. To top things off, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the time they said online the pizza would be ready. Would highly discourage others from using this location.

Ok the people are friendly well professional but seriously the food is TRASH this is why Pizza Hut n its franchise is going defunct it cost me $7.59 for some breadsticks/Burnt BREADSTICKS!($2.99 compared to little ceasars or $4.00 at papa John’s)BUT TO TOP IT OFF the sauce cup was very disrespectful n disappointing this lil cup of sauce I’m very disappointed I can’t wait until more pizza chains close I’ll just continue going to the local Mimi’s which u get cheese bread for $6.99 n it’s the size of a small pizza I should have drove extra 2 miles went there instead of this trash

Horrible phone connection, after 3 times of trying to spell “Kivette” I finally got frustrated and called Dominoes, obviously not my first choice but they answered the phone from the store, took my order with no issues. The last 2 times I ordered here had issues once forgot part of my order and the last, extra cheese extra sauce and got neither.

We stopped by on our way home from visiting family. We were a walk in and were helped pretty quickly, as I could see the pickup screen was very busy. The order was ready rather quickly and the pizza was delicious, and piping hot! My kids are picky and only like Pizza Hut pizza, and this has been the best tasting and freshest Pizza Hut we’ve had in a while! Too bad it’s not close to our home!! Thanks Jorge for your quick and great service!

7/20/25 made an online order and arrived on time to pick it up. I went to the drive through window, nobody was there and a few customers in the waiting area, So I sat there and waited patiently. I saw the workers go by a few times and there was only two of them but they never came to the window or even made eye contact with me. 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by and they never once made eye contact with me or said a word to me so I left. Very unprofessional… I understand if they were behind but they could have came and said something to me.

After waiting 10- 15 minutes in drive thru, my pizza was overcooked and cold when I picked it up. Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. I won’t go back anytime soon. Try Mimi’s Pizza right down the road. A little more $$ but I wasted my money on Pizza Hut with this order.

I had to call the store to get someone to come to the pickup window for me to get my order. When I got my order, I only received half of what was ordered. When I realized that half of my order was missing, I knocked on the window to get the attention of the man who was working. (He had gone back to the back of the store.) He never returned to the window. I had to call the store again to get him to come back to the window so I could tell him that half of my order was missing. I then had to wait while the missing pizza was being cooked. Terrible customer service. I will not go back to this location again. And at this point I don’t know if I will go to any Pizza Hut in my area because this is not the first time I received terrible customer service at a Pizza Hut in my area.

I placed in order online it for pick up. It said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to Pizza Hut drive through with 2 cars in front of me. The first car at the window literally blow his horn multiple times to get someone attention to assist him, the car behind him pulled over to go inside. This was 15 minutes after I already had pulled up to the drive though. It’s now my turn at the window and no one comes and says anything to me. I say at the drive through and called into the restaurant twice with no answer. After 10 minutes I decide to finally go inside because I have already paid for my order online. To guess what, again not be greeted by anyone, I seen 2 people in there one guy making the pizza in the back and one that walked towards the back on the other side of the restaurant to no longer being seen at all. There was already 3 people waiting inside for their order as well. Another 10 mijutes goes by and neither person says anything to anyone up front. One lady who was waiting. stated the other person who went to the back was “training” and it was his 3rd day. I finally had to call out to the guy attention in the back who was making pizza and ask him if my pizza was sitting in the cooler over “which it was”. After a full 45 minutes I finally got my pizza. This was the WORSE customer service experience ever. Even if you had a person training at least the could be greeting the people coming in and apologizing for the long wait or something. Oh yea and I forgot to mention the person that was “training” couldn’t touch the register nor was he help making pizza or answering the phone or greeting people. So ummm exactly what was he training to do.
