January 16 2026 … So i ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a 2liter Mountain dew this evening , had the worst day of my life so i decided to have pizza … Service was terrific but as far as my pizza it was absolutely the worst !! Its like my pizza crust underneath was either cooked to long or something the pizza itself was super thin barely crust at all sauce it was ok pepperoni was over done but what i couldn’t get past was when id take a bite it was like super hard cardboard crust ….for the price i paid i would have thought at least a better than what i got … I literally only ate one slice barely that at all i pretty much only ate the crust stuffed w the cheese … Threw away the slice !!! I just want a pizza that doesn’t taste like a cardboard box or hard rubber !!! And thicker crust too …. Employees and manager had great attitude though , that i do appreciate alot …. Worst day worst dinner

I was going to add a picture, but I can’t figure how to right now. I just got the most pathetic pizza I’ve ever seen. Literally only 50 percent of the pizza has toppings, marinara, or cheese. It’s nothing but crust halfway down each slice. I would take it back and get a refund or remake, but I live 30 minutes
away and my wife and I are hungry. But this is literally laughable.

Edit 2: in case anyone was wondering, I emailed them like they asked, but they never replied. I guess their customer service reps are as bad as the restaurant. If your food gets messed up, don’t expect them to fix it.
Edit 3: On December 29 (afterposting edit number 2), I was informed by customer service that my complaint had been escalated to the operator and that I would be contacted. Several weeks later, I have still received no response or resolution.

So I got home after the Triple Treat box dinner and one large meatlovers thin crust pizza and THIS is how it was when I opened my box?? Why does it look like some took a huge bite out of my pizza!!! I hope that’s not the case but why would you box this and sale it?!?! Why not redo before cooking it!?!?! I feel cheated!! Something should be done in reference to this!!!

Justin is a king. He stayed open a little later than he should of to make our pizza because no other shops were open after a terrible snowstorm. He was smiling, happy to serve, and super kind. Pizza was normal Pizza Hut… just fine in a pinch, but the way we were treated will be remembered. Have him teach customer service for PH all over the globe!

So we tried the dining area they added to the Pizzahut. It’s not bad as a small dine in eatery. Nice and clean area with a salad bar. Pizza was delicious as usual. It has the potential to become a very busy restaurant if they served pizza and salad for a reasonable rate, something like the lunch buffet they used to have. There is still room for some improvement. I like the direction it is going!

Buffet daily for lunch and Wednesday night (only). Salad bar and drink included for $9.99.
Restaurant was clean, they kept pizza coming out for the buffet, and had plenty of toppings… Pan, normal and thin crust. Employees were friendly.
