This pizza hut has really gone down hill. Used to be pretty decent. Food takes too long, employees are rude, and food is marginal at best. Will go to Papa John’s from here on.

As others are saying this particular Pizza Hut is pretty awful. Other Pizza huts are fine so it’s def just a “this location only” issue. Avoid this Pizza hut if you are in / visiting the Reidsville area. Marcos Pizza or Papa John’s is a better option.

We ordered carry out ,large pizza , con April 21, 2023. My husband waited 6 minutes until a lady came to the window, even though she walked past the window three times. The phone rang and no one answered he said while he waited in his truck . He saw a dish washer but no one came to the window for 6 minutes . Worst customer service ever .

We tried the lunch buffet, and it was amazing. Plenty of choices of pizza, one pasta dish, breadsticks, and desert also. The salad bar was disappointing, but I was there for all you can eat. pizza, not salad.

Food was good, waitress was really good. But the building needs some updates. Carpet looks bad, and there is a funny smell in the building. The employees need to be more uniform in appearance. I get cooking makes a mess but at least try to look your best.

First time ever stopping at this location. It was on a whelm. The food was hot and it was fresh. This was the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. I’m looking forward to coming back, it’s hard to come by good customer service these days. This location did not disappoint.

Half an hour after they opened I went to enter and found the door locked. I knocked several times and saw people inside and lights on. They saw me and didn’t react, returning to what they were doing. I waited for another minute before getting in my car and going through the drive thru. They finally served me with no hello or goodbye just opting to hand me the pizza and slam the window.
