Ordered 2 new Yorkers and one ham, pineapple and bacon. They all were see through no sauce or cheese on the New Yorkers. Covered with Italian seasoning just to give it flavor, if that’s what you call it. I know it was super bowl Sunday that was no excuse. If I could give you no stars I would. I never thought I would think that little Caesars pizza would be better than yours. I’m sorry to say they beat you by a landslide.

I will not order from here again. Second time I have ordered pizza and the pizza was way late. I ordered tonight at 6:25 the app says delivered at 6:55 it is now 7:55 and still no pizza. The store said my pizza was on the way at 7:00pm. I actually have had time enough to go buy a frozen pizza and cook it.

This is the only game in town. They have no competition from other pizza chains and they still do not have their stuff together. They do not pick up the phone, when someone does answer it goes to a call center, they do not honor specials. Even if you order online still will experience long wait times or incorrect orders. If in Liberty, NC and you are wanting pizza you’re better off just going to Maria’s famous subs & pizza.
On the positive side they do have a 99% sanitation rating.

Terrible service, when I asked to speak to a manger it was not the same person.
This guy has poor customer service. I don’t know what’s going on with the change in management but someone needs to come see that the store is upside down. From tardiness to poor customer service and phone that rings non stop with no one to answer.

Stopped here earlier due to having a work assignment in the area. I ordered a personal pan pizza and WAS I DISAPPOINTED. I wish there was a meal deal for pan that would leave more of a feeling of content especially being my 1st time eating all day. Paid for extra toppings. Pizza Hut need meal deals for people on the go. Lil Caesar’s and Dominoes both support this WITHOUT having to buy an ENITRE medium or large. 2 stars is as far as I’ll go due to Pizza Hut not really supporting on the go eating.

This location NEVER has a reliable delivery driver. All the works seem to be friends and family of the manager so they don’t hire anyone responsible. Would love to be able to order from this place and actually get a delivery or have a driver that does not take over an hour to get your order to you. Think they need to look into new management

There hasn’t been a single time I’ve come here that the food has been done right and the staff is rude as hell especially Angela. I order a large pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni and I get a large pizza with extra cheese and little to no sauce. I order the same thing and I get the extra sauce but very little cheese and I get a medium. I order the same thing and I get little to no sauce, and hardly any pepperoni. If you don’t want to do something as simple as making a pizza right, don’t get a job at pizza hut. And I’ve seen staff go out for a cigarette and not wash their hands when they go back to work and start handling cooked food. This is by far the WORST pizza place I’ve ever gone to. If I could give negative stars I would.
