I stopped ordering from this location a year ago because the staff, manager and food was beyond terrible and disgusting, frankly. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago and something on my way home said stop and order Pizza Hut, I did, and boy what a shocking pleasant surprise I had!! The store staff including manager has all been revamped. The store manager BARB is AMAZING!! She has been there all 4 or 5 times roughly that I have since ordered food and each time has been consistent and fresh and tasty. She’s no BS when it comes to orders leaving her store!! She’s a true example of team work and sets the bar high for herself as a manager! Pizza Hut Corporate- KEEP HER AT THIS LOCATION SHE IS DOING AMAZING THINGS AT THIS STORE LOCATION!! If your hesitant on ordering because of past experiences – I understand, I was right there with you, but give this store another chance I promise you won’t be disappointed!! Barb will be more than happy to take your order- she listens. Keep up the amazing work, Barb, its showing!!

Very disappointed. I ordered on Pizza Hut app but unbeknownst to me, My order was sent through DoorDash and I was missing 8 wings out of the 20 I paid for. I don’t know if the wings were never sent from the restaurant or if they went missing during delivery. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all. Just be careful when ordering, since deliveries are coming through DoorDash and it’s unclear who is responsible when food is missing. Mistakes happen, but the lack of support afterward is what really ruined the experience. I expected better.

I ordered a Build Your Own pizza online, I arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up, drove 15 minutes home to eat with my wife. How did you just make a pizza and it taste stale and undercooked?
Also when I walked in the store, the lady at the front was folding pizza boxes not saying anything, after a couple minutes I asked can you check me out, she replied she didn’t know how to work the computer. She proceeded to get another employee sitting at the computer, tapping on her shoulder and the one sitting there pulls out ear buds, didn’t even notice a customer came in.
Now me and my wife feel nauseous after both working a long day.

Raw pizza. How does that happen? Sausage is still cold like it came out of the refrigerator. Tastes like raw dough. I ordered the pizza with light sauce and it’s literally drowned in sauce. I tried to give this location another chance. Failed horribly.

Posted that review 8 minth ago. I decided to try them again so I thought I would update with a picture this time. I spent $44 with a tip for a pizza with green peppers, tomatoes and light sauce. After an hour of still no pizza I called and they said it should be here even though the app still showed it was being prepared. Turns out it had been sitting outside on my wet doormat without so much as a knock for who knows how long. Anyway here’s the pizza I was given. No tomatoes, added onions and a little more than light sauce. The other one almost didn’t have anything on it, just bread. Both very overcooked and dry, as well as cold.

My pizza showed up looking like it was left in the oven too long, cheese dried up, etc. Tasted awful and old. Called to talk to manager, her words exactly: “I can assure you that pizza was made correctly”. As if to say I was lying!! Oh I was hot mad, asked for my money back and she wouldn’t do it so now they’re sending another. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I have photos I am sending to management. Very poor lower management. I’ll stick to Domino’s! They never disappoint!!!

I haven’t ate at Pizza hut in years & because most food places I have tried in Kernersville are great, I thought I would give them a try here. I ordered through the app and thought I would get the personal pan pizza with drink for $6.99 plus tax. I was excited because I remember how it use to taste.
I did curb side pick up but ended up going in another car so I went it. They gave me great customer service and thanked me for coming in because they would have been looking for the other car.
So I noticed the size of the personal pan and I thought to my self that is very small. I will be honest, Little Ceasars lunch deal pan pizza is bigger, to me that is a personal pan. But it was hot and looked and smelled good. I believe it is just the cheese that Pizza hut uses because some times it makes the pizza taste as if it is still raw, from what I remember the taste being but I loved the taste of the bread and pepperonis, they were crisp on the edges. I may try other things on the menu another time.
