Wrong size order went in oven, I ordered a LG. They made it right by giving me 2-med. Instead, No complaints from me on that, I got 2-for the price of one pizza..my pizza & wings were hot & ready to be eaten. Gave my driver a $7.00 tip, & thank him & enjoyed my 2-free thin & crispy pizza’s..

This Pizza Hut is by far the best one we have been to lately. Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff and seated promptly. We were able to order right away and received our food within a reasonable time. Overall, our experience was good. We will be back!

My wife eats a keto diet, no grains of any kind, no starch, no sugar. This Pizza Hut makes their personal pan Super Supreme pizza without the crust for her. They sauce a small pan and put the toppings and cheese on and bake it. We greatly appreciate their willingness to work with us! It was a good meal and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We’ll be back.

We made a last minute decision to eat at Pizza Hut while on a Saturday evening drive in Mt. Airy. Extremely impressed with the whole experience. Bathrooms were clean which is amazing. Food was just right. The manager and his staff were wonderful! We live 25 minutes away but we will be back often! Kudos Mt. Airy Pizza Hut!

Went inside the store to order a large thin crust supreme must total be a 15 minute wait. After my 15 minute wait people came in and out of the store getting their orders steam still coming off the pizza when I was asked what my name was. I told him my name Richard oh yeah, your pizzas done and pulled it out of the bag by the time I got home the pizza is cold horrible I will not be going back.

I placed a pick up order in the window lane to be picked up at 6:15 for two chicken Alfredo’s. Got there at 6:15 and waited for the first car to move paid and then I had to wait until around 6:25 for someone to come out and say “can you drive around and get back in line so we can get the car behind you” ♀️ already I was upset and asked about how much longer I would wait. They lmk it would be about 5 more minutes. Left the lane/line at 6:32. The boxes felt cold but I was just trying to get home before any other food items got colder. These pastas were COLD. Like if they weren’t even cooked or warmed, wtv they do. Extremely upset didn’t even wanna call in and complain.

Went to dine in at Pizza Hut around two weeks ago. When we pulled into the parking lot ,the line for the window pick up order was, wrapped around the building. To my friend and I’s surprise, only three couple’s in dining area. Very clean and staff was very pleasant. Seated us and we’d asked for a booth so I could tuck my service animal outta the way. Very accommodating for the request. Took the drink order and let us know that they were a little behind due to being very short staffed and it may be extra 10 minutes once order was in. We had no problem with it. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks but, neither of us noticed we hadn’t gotten the bread sticks at first so when waitress was reminded she made sure things got settled up at the register. Manager made sure to speak to Us and apologized for the mistake. By the time we were leaving they were doing the closing of dining area and salad bar. As we started towards the door we were asked if it would be ok to send any of the the left over meats, veggies, or cheese home for my service animal. I let them giver her some of the grilled chicken for her meal at home.

So, when I first got to the pizza buffet, the pizzas looked old and dried out. But that’s all there was, so I took a couple of pieces hoping they tasted better than they looked. They did not. One bite each was all I could stomach. When I saw fresh pizzas come out, I tried again. Better. But it made me wonder why they left those others out so long. The pasta was a little better, but a little long in the tooth as well. I scanned the salad bar and decided it looked a little dodgy but i would risk it. The only blue cheese dressing was in little packets labeled blue cheese dipping sauce. Overall, not amazing. But for $6.59, I’ll probably try it at least once more.
