Went here because another pizza establishment was closed for vacation what a mistake this was.Ordered a feed 4 for my family 1 large pizza 1 medium pizza cheese sticks and wings. All of that is still in the refrigerator since no one in my family wanted to eat it. All of the food was incredibly greasy and soggy. The pizza was not cut all the way through so it was difficult to try and get a slice since it was greasy and stuck together. The first bite was just unappetizing and bad. The only thing we could bother to consume was the soda since they were in bottles and not made there. I know this review is harsh. I also know they could have done a lot better.

Have waited so long for the buffet and especially the salad bar. How things have changed. Had a little wait to have my table cleaned but there was only 1 waitress and 1 manager and she walked past me 4 times. Salad bar was about empty of everything, lettuce was the least and a row of empty spaces. Taste nothing like it use to. Pizza selection was slim. A lot of pizzas but if you didn’t want chicken Alfredo, or pizza with pickles left with not much. And no bread sticks! It was quite busy to have been around 1pm. Price has gone up, like everywhere to over $10. I Will however go back again, maybe closer to 11:30.

Ordered two single orders of cheese sticks paid for two single cheese sticks if I wanted them in the same box I would have save a couple of dollars and just got a double order if I was the one paying for the order it would have been placed at domino’s note to pizza hut just because a employee has been there cutting pizza the longest doesn’t mean they should manage the store the pictures are of boneless Wings raw in the middle the manage said that was impossible the were pre-cooked when they got them they just heat them up look at picture see if you think look cooked

Tried to call from home. Nobody answers! Waited on hold connected to call center ! Waited in hold listening to ads about careers etc drove to pizza hut Madison. Waited in long line. Ordered at window girl was nice but said too busy to pick up phone! Placed order . Waited 15 more minutes! Got home pizza nasty looking . doughy taste. From now on I will by red baron or degorno frozen ! No more pizza hut. Very poor food now. Sad indeed. I like the staff but no longer good food. 2nd time bad pizza.

I used to be a cook at Pizza Hut for 2 years. To start off, our waitress and the manager were working very hard to address the gaps in service and make up for the pitfalls of the kitchen staff. We had to wait for our food for 25-30 minutes, which would have made sense had the restaurant been packed (unsure of how busy with delivery though), but our order consisted of some of the simplest items, and the front of the house was nearly empty. My wife’s personal pan pizza came out with the back coated in icing and cinnamon, our cheese bread came out uncut, and my wings were nearly forgotten. Furthermore we could hear kitchen staff shouting their complaints and issues the entire time we were there, which was entirely unprofessional.

I ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Okay, $20 bucks fine. But it only has sixteen slices of pepperoni on it and even less pineapple. Also, she asked me for a tip. Like when are we asking for tips. If I even mistakenly go there again, which I don’t it won’t be a tip involved. What a waste. It’s no wonder the lot is always empty. It’s sad they are the only one s here in this town. Smh

Terrible experience Madison NC. Rude manager. Pizza crust burnt, my order was made wrong. Didn’t find out until 20 minutes getting home. Put on hold for 16 minutes to speak to manager. And was told “what do you want me to do about it with a attitude. Never again

Ah. the venerable Hut. The pizza was never that great but it was a fun place to go with people. Now the pizza is overly salty, the crust is off and who knows when they went the way of the wire rack ovens. That ain’t good pizza. This place was nice but it has the covid dreariness. Over worked minimal staff trying to keep the customers happy and cleaning at the same time. The menu is a barcode on the table. The laminated menu they do have is lunch on one side and family meals on the other. Meh.

Every employee had a smile on their face and seemed to work well with each other to get things done. It was a very busy time and it appeared that all customers left happy, having conversed with staff before leaving. My son is always happy to eat here and today was his Valentine wish. We had to bring a heart pizza ho.e to share the love with his sid.
