Places an order on Thursday and Saturday I realize the order was never delivered. Contacted pizza hut and they told me they w make it good and for me to pick it up Sunday. Went by Sunday and they didn’t know what I was talking about. $39.25 down the drain!!!

We called this past Friday to see how late they were open. Were told till 10:30 so went to the restaurant a little past nine and they were closed. The guy emtping the trash said everyone was sick and they had to close. Did they come down with a mysterious illness between the time we called and the time we got there. You will not maintain a business if no one knows when you are going to be open.

I would like to say and start off with I will never ever go to this establishment again. We had ordered the buffet and the few pizzas that were on the buffet looked very old and they didn’t have barely any selection. As my daughter was standing next to me supervised, wanted breadsticks she got severely burned by the plastic container that had a gigantic hole. I was told by the manager that the sign says caution hot. Yes, I understand that it says hot but it also does not say caution we do not have the proper containers and you may get severely burned off of our product. The manager Christina was not empathetic or compassionate at all in regards to the situation. I definitely had to call corporate on this one.

My grandma ordered from this store via phone and she was confirmed a price including tax. While I was picking up the order, the waitress confirmed the order given on the phone. After 2 minutes gone, with the cash given, she came back and said “I’m sorry, I gave you the wrong amount, it’s $23” when given the receipt, the initial amount was correct and my card was charged with no reason. I have called twice and the 2nd time, I was put on hold but heard everything the staff was saying. I heard a staff member say “We are over $21 but it is what it is.” (Which has been confirmed by the manager.)

Placed online order. Lady at the drive thru window saw me behind the car she was seving, but left the window and didn’t come back for minutes… My order was ready 3 minutes before I arrived, but I didn’t get it until 20 minutes after arriving. Finally someone else came to the window. Food is good, but service was terrible!
