I wanted to write a review based on our server this evening. We stopped by after our zoo trip to grab some pizza because that’s what my 2 year old requested. Our server was phenomenal, I didn’t catch his name (I do believe he had dreads though) he was awesome from the start! Joshua joined Tony and I in Morgantown on Tuesday and Wednesday. After our doctor appointments, we decided to stop for lunch at Pizza Hut. Normally we try to eat at new places but we no longer have Pizza Hut in Ripley, especially a dine in, set down style so we were excited for Pizza Hut.

This review is strictly for the service. I brought my 6 daughters in for lunch. Yes there were quite a few people in here but it wasn’t overly crowded. We got seated and placed our drink order. We waited for an hour before we approached the counter to say we were ready to order and still didn’t get our drinks. Our server was able to seat and take another groups order and get them their food and drinks before even coming back to take our order. I’m ALWAYS a generous tipper.. not today. Service was terrible carry out from now on.
