My order was wrong again. I ordered CARAMELIZED onions again and got the cooked onion AGAIN. There’s a HUGE difference. Also, my pizza looked as though it had been dropped. I’ve never seen pizza with such a thin crust, I didn’t order thin crust.

Pizza tasted more like a day old reheat than fresh pizzas. The “cheese sticks” were just a cut up part of a pizza; sure not worth the extra charge. The chicken Alfredo was decent other than a few hard/overcooked pieces. Haven’t been here in years due to a few bad orders, but thought I’d try it again; we won’t be back.

Horrible experience paid 60 dollars online order for pick up. They canceled it after I already waa there asking for the order, due to them wanted to fulfill the order. I have the receipt of payment and notification of time for pick up as proof. This is a horrible place.

Decided to have Pizza Hut Friday night cause, ya know, it’s Friday. We ordered the 8pc boneless chicken wings in Honey BBQ sauce… we only received 7 wings plus a tiny nugget that was just breading. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t just pay $10.49 plus tax for 8 and then to receive 7. So will not be ordering their wings again.
The pizza was good. It was $14.79 for ours… I wish it had a little more sauce towards the crust because when I got to eating the crust it felt like I was eating a breadstick.

Placed an order, get there they have me pay for a different order, turn around and give order back and they didnt have my order, ordered at counter, come back 20 mins later and pick it up then when get home half the toppings that were ordered are not on it.

Honestly, I’m unsure why I keep ordering from here when there’s a Gino’s across the street with better quality food, delivery, and prices.
In the years I’ve ordered from this location delivery has consistently been slow, advertised items and deals are regularly unavailable and the food tends to be on the overcooked side.
Recently Pizza Hut has been using Door Dashers to deliver food since apparently they don’t have many if any actual delivery drivers.
Today: ordered food, says delivery by 3:36 PM
Call and immediate hangup from Pizza Hut at 3:44PM.
I call back and there’s no delivery drivers and Door Dash isn’t picking up the food. Ok fine, I’ll come get it. 5 minutes later “Door Dash has picked up your order”
4:06 PM Door Dash calls to ask if I’ve picked up my food. I say “No, I got a notification saying you had”
Door Dash: “your order shows delivered”
I hang up and go to the Pizza Hut. Have to pay again(yes, I know my original total will be refunded)
I ask about my soda. Girl st the counter says “if the soda you ordered isn’t there grab whatever”
I ordered Dr. Pepper which according to the app was available. None in the cooler so I grab Mountain Dew. I’m sure that’s gonna be great for your inventory. Not to mention I wonder how Coke would feel knowing you’re falsely saying their stuff is in stock. Or alternatively I’m curious on how Pepsi would react knowing that someone bought a coke product and you just gave them Pepsi Products instead.
TLDR: just go to Gino’s until Pizza Hut in Ravenswood cleans up their act and gets it together.

Absolutely terrible. I paid $27.90 for a large Pan pizza with pepperoni ,pork ,beef and onion. 1 less topping than a supreme. I just didn’t want green peppers and for $27.90 I should have gotten way more toppings than what we got. Never, never again!!!!!!

I ordered food at 9:30, with an estimated delivery time of 10:18pm. The delivery was cash. My address is not hard to find….I live less than a quarter of a mile from the store in a prominent housing unit in the community. No one ever showed up with my order, and as a result, I had no available options to turn to, as everything was closed by the time I realized they were not coming.
They have been decent in the past, but this is unacceptable.

Depends on the day… and who they’re training. Can be good, can be an atrocity against humanity. Last time I got something here my teeth hurt for three days after. The crust was so tough and rubbery that I had issues even trying to cut it with a serrated knife. If nothing else, they’ve always gotten my order correct, regardless of crust quality. Really, this place is a coin flip. Let’s hope you land on a good day. ❤
