we get food here often and the workers are always really nice and inviting. one time they were about to close & they gave us an extra thing of breadsticks they had. food is good too, nothing to complain about:)

This is the worse place to order from. I ordered 5 pizzas, cheesesticks and chicken wings online. When we got the order it only had 3 pizzas not 5 and one of them was wrong!! I ordered bbq chicken pizza but instead got one with pepperoni, onions, italian sausage and olives. Rhonda told me it was MY fault for placing the order wrong. I showed her the confirmation e-mail and she still said it was MY fault but that she would fix the other two pizzas but I would have to pay for them. I told her not to bother that she probably spit in it and I was notifying the corporate office and someone needs fired over this. She yelled at me and told me it was MY fault as I left. A place of business is only as good as the employees make it. It’s the worse experience I have EVER had.

The Rainelle location of Pizza Hut has the best staff and their food is absolutely the best around. Ordering is easy, they have the food ready super fast, pick up is great when you have staff that are actually friendly. The food is amazing. I highly recommend THIS Pizza Hut 100%
Once again, I’m willing to drive the extra 24 miles to go to this particular Pizza Hut because of rhe great management which shows in the friendly and attentive staff, the amazing food and the excellent service.
I wish we had some restaurants in Lewisburg that has the staff ,service and fresh food that this Pizza Hut in Rainelle has.

Ordered by phone, when a friend went to pick up, they didn’t have it, said I hadn’t ordered it…this wasn’t a case of the order being in the wrong name. Later that night, when I was finally able to reach them on the phone, they wouldn’t refund my credit card, said I had to return with it in person to get a refund. This is not true! Every business capable of charging your card is capable of refunding to it, whether the card is there or notl I just disputed the charge.

The staff is friendly but they rarely ever get my order correct. They did however credit me for my order 1 time which I thought was respectable. Clean establishment. No dine-in area.

I was greeted when I walked in with a smiling face. I stood in line to be asked, are you here for pickup? It is rare these days to see a smiling face & a nice personality. I highly recommend Rainelle Pizza Hut.
