Called the number listed on google and got directly connected to the store. This is so nice compared to other pizza places where you can’t speak to the store and are connected to a call center.
Shawn answered the phone; he was polite and professional. Assured me that they would Clean Cut my pizza with a clean rocket blade. Even said he hopes I have a blessed day. Nice to interact with someone that takes pride in their job and knows how to be a pro even over the phone.
This review is really for how impressed I was with Shawn. Haven’t received the pizza as yet but hoping for a good experience.
Pizza Hut’s app needs some help. It tries to get you to sign up for a new account even if you already have one and once they’ve texted you a code. Similarly you used to be able to select the style of cut; maybe I missed it but couldn’t find it this time. Hence, I had to call the store.

My friend does door dashing! Watch out for a older short lady and wears her hair in a pony tail and it’s long,she won’t put in the system that you picked the order up when you did and will cause all kind of issues and if I could give minus 10 star I would on this lady cause she isn’t professional at all and when he went in to get the order the only she was concerned about was smoking her cigarette!!!! He will never dash from that location again

Ordered 2 melts off line and I have never gotten a melt that tasted that good. I couldn’t have eaten anything better from any restaurant in Beaver. My hat goes off to Shawn the Manger because he’s the one that fixed my order. So if you know that Shawn is working you know that you are going to get the best food ever.

Absolutely most horrible experience from staff … last week I got delivery pizza hut app told me my pizza had been delivered … waited 5 mins then called a very snotty gal told me yep I marked it that way I said I Don’t have my pizza she then tells a co worker to talk to me because she is going to cause me out if he doesn’t take the call. My pizza finally showed up 15 min later.. today I tried again (due to remodeling or kitchen) this time I picked it up. This time snotty gal rolls eyes while handing me food and as I walk out says see you get your food faster if you pick it up.

Manager Danita was very friendly and made sure pizzas were cooked as we ordered. ….well done but not burnt. The pizza maker did a super job and everything about the pizza was nicely fresh.

Overall we love Pizza Hut and don’t have bad experiences. However last time we went we got the personal pan pizzas and they were not like the pan crust pizzas of the past. The crust was basically flat. A little disappointed but oh well. Maybe next time. Love the ability to order online and pick up.

I was running 45 minutes late today to pick up my order when I actually got a call from them letting me know my order was ready and to see if I was still coming. The fella was nice on the phone and the woman was friendly checking me out. The pizza and pasta was still very hot and tasty when I got to enjoy it. Great food and service!!
