Skylar greeted us immediately while taking to go orders and diners inside! She was our amazing server as well! We ordered delicious bread sticks to start & a large pepperoni deep dish with pineapples! 8 large slices and plenty to take home! Very clean and nice inside! Clean restrooms& nice salad bar! They offer buffet on certain days! We will be back! Super convenient to the interstate & gasoline! Walmart is moments away & hotels!

Salad bar was out among arrival. And they didn’t want to keep the pizza at the bar stocked. Even though it was only 1:06pm on a Tuesday. I don’t recommend this place. It use to be a good place to eat but.

I went back Saturday December 20th for lunch and I definitely do not understand what has happened but the place was dirty, tables dirty except for a couple, the women’s bathroom was filthy, the waitress was really nice and had her hands full trying to do everything but the kitchen staff was off….the salad area needed cleaned and restocked, my wings had a big hair in the sauce on the wing….that was a major stop and im ready to leave. The waitress apologized over and over and I told her it wasn’t her fault, she took off for my wings because I was not about to take another bite of the wings. It might take awhile to try again after this visit but changes definitely need to be made…1 person can not run cash register, wait tables, clean tables, restock salad bar, etc…she definitely needed help today and there looked like enough that could have helped her.

Not only can you not talk to someone directly in the store because You have to go through a call service, but when something’s wrong, you have to go back through said call service. I’ve been disconnected 4 times, put on hold longer than I’d like to count. Can’t get anyone to call back like they say. We ordered a Pizza, checked the app 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and the app said it was delivered at 7pm. We have been right here by the door and nothing has been delivered.We’ve been 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone at the store to find out what the problem is. I take that back.It’s been forty minutes now since they said the pizza was delivered.And we’ve been trying to contact someone at the store and can’t get through, ridiculous.

I generally order pizza on a day off or if I get called into work early I’d recommend ordering through the website the stuffed crust is always good the buffet is always busy during lunch so plan accordingly it can get a bit hectic.if something goes wrong they go out of there way to make it right.

I ordered a medium supreme pizza that was not cooked thoroughly, in fact it was actually like raw dough. This is really disgusting and disappointing that people can’t even cook a pizza right geezz. I was reading the other reviews and found some more complaints of customers saying their pizza was not cooked thoroughly. Also when I walked into this restaurant i noticed that the restaurant was quite messy and not well maintained and very unsanitary which is also disgusting. If you are the owner and you get a chance to read this I highly suggest that you make some changes because this is utterly pathetic you serve people food like this!!!

Undercooked pizza and bad service.
Pizza wasn’t done so we had to put it in our own oven to cook it. Not much sauce on it too.
Service was terrible. I came in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while staff walked by without even an acknowledgement.
When an employee finally showed up and addressed me I told them to please address the customer who had gotten there first, a few minutes before me and was sitting in the waiting area because they were old and couldn’t stand at the counter for a long time.
Something has changed at this Pizza Hut. Since when we moved here 3 years ago it has been great but the last couple of times something is off.
I filled out their survey and requested contact but it’s been over two weeks with no response.

First of all, I love the food and staff at this location. Its wonderful and the order is always right and the food great. My issue is with how unbelievably hot it is in this restaurant! I came in for dine in with a birthday party on Sunday and it was terrible! The staff said they have some new system that is controlled by someone else off site. Whoever controls this system doesn’t know what they’re doing. The salad bar items weren’t cold like they were supposed to be because of how hot it was in there! It felt better OUTSIDE then it did inside! My family and I won’t be back until this issue is fixed. I feel so bad for their employees, I can only imagine how hot it is in that kitchen.

Great food as always. We usually order carry out, but this time we decided to dine in…which we haven’t done at this location for a long time. There were no prices at all on the menu. The waitress said the prices change so much that they don’t print the prices. I saw they had a ham and cheese sandwich and I thought I’d give it a try. Surprise…they don’t have sandwiches here. No pricing and then there are items on the menu they don’t have. Management needs to address this. Otherwise, everything else was just fine.
