Not sure about the atmosphere but every time I’ve gone in to get my food it’s been pleasant. Food is always good. It’s always fresh and hot. When I get delivery. It’s usually from doordash and that service is a little iffy. So if I had any suggestions it would be Pizza Hut deliver your own cuz doordash kind of gives me a bad taste in my mouth. Sometimes maybe not on purpose but they do. Sorry

Pizza hut in Barboursville is the worst! This is how our pizza was delivered and looks like the box was opened by the door dash woman because the sticker was gone. We seen the delivery woman turn the pizza completely on its side when getting it out of her car. Pizza hut is letting these delivery people handle orders and these door dash drivers don’t give a crap about how they handle your food. What a waste of money. We couldn’t even eat it and threw it in the trash. This isn’t the first time pizza hunt has messed up our food but is the last time we will spend a dime on their pizza. Apparently pizza hut doesn’t care about their customers because this just keeps continuing to happen.

After having to wait on them to remake my order from dropping one of my pizzas the rest of my order was cold and the remake pizza didnt even have the correct topping on it when it was finally done! Then to call back and speak to a manager (Heather) I got “don’t know like im sorry” so you aren’t aware of what going on in your store. I got hung up on twice. Once by her another time by whoever the gentleman was that awnsered when I called back. And informed me she left, he didnt know who the day time or district manager was after me asking. Bad bad business pizza hut. Once was a fan.. not anymore. Worst around! And they dont even care!

We aren’t from Huntington so this was our (myself and my two daughters) first time stopping here. The employee was very nice. Ordering and paying was a breeze. He told us he’d bring it out to my vehicle when it was finished in about 15 minutes – which he did. The pizza was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. I was sad because the Pizza Hut in our town doesn’t offer the same one because I was going to buy another for my husband and son, so we will hopefully be back before it is taken off the menu *if* it’s a limited menu item.

I have Loved stuffed crust pizza for years!!! Recently I ordered the party box and was not pleased with it. It barely had sauce or toppings at all on it. I’ve made pizzas for plenty of people both at Village Inn and Gino’s so I not only know what as a customer it should’ve been like but as a cook what to be expected.
I called in and Chad put a credit in the account (I did not ask for it) it’s been a couple weeks and we finally used our credit! This time it was definitely as expected!! Thank you Pizza Hut for making it right!! Pictures are obviously of first order and recent order!! ❤️

My food was never delivered. I had 6 mouths to feed and the food never showed. When I called them the next morning the so called manager Matt was rude. Said it wasn’t his problem!

I had two really nice experiences with this location. First I went in to pick up my order one week and they were currently counting the register so when I wanted to add a soda to my order they went ahead and gave it to me free of charge instead of making me wait which I thought was super nice. Then I ordered a delivery order and it didn’t show up in time. When it did show up about 15 mins over the estimated time it was the manager who let me know their driver’s car broke down so they went and got my order to deliver it + gave me a $30 credit for the wait.
Both experiences were very appreciated so just wanted to brag on the service and management of this location.

Order a pizza and it was out for delivery for over an hour. When the pizza did finally arrived it was the wrong order, cold and the box was smashed! Called and made a complaint and the manager said he would give us a 35 dollar credit and when we tried to use it he hung up on us! What happened to work ethics in today’s society? The manager needs fired for this type of Incompetence.
