If I could give them less than one star, I would! I spent over $100 at Christmas time to feed my family. The first order I placed was missing a family bundle ( my mistake ) so I placed a separate order and accidentally selected pick up. After waiting over an hour I called and they advised it was placed for pick up. The employee said they would change it to delivery and it would arrive shortly.
After waiting another 45 mins I called again and was told that their driver had 4 orders ahead of mine and I asked if I could just redeem it at a later time. The employee said that was fine and she would add the credit to my account.
I called today to redeem my credit and was told they had to call a regional manager for permission and would call me back, okay?!? Called back and said unfortunately they could not honor my credit because it was not put in the system and they were in trouble for too many credits being given.
I work in the food industry, I get that people lie and try to scam for free food. I deal with this all the time. This was not the case. Because your employee did not do their job correctly, I am getting ripped off for $35? I’m sorry, but I can’t support a business that treats their customers this way.

The box was open when the pizza was delivered and that creeps me out. I was able to speak to the manager who said the delivery guy works for door dash and she trusts him plus they just had a shipment of “wonky” boxes. I personally don’t use door dash because I’ve had horrifying experiences with their drivers so that honestly doesn’t comfort me at all to put it on door dash (that’s why I ordered through the Pizza Hut website directly). It’s just creepy, I personally don’t trust strangers due to bad past experiences, and that’s why they have the tamper seal. If the boxes are “wonky” they should seal it in multiple places. The whole thing creeps me out so badly.

****Today I went into Pizza Hut and was most delighted by their service. Everything was hot, everything was ready faster than expected. The attitudes were spot on personalities were amazing. I almost thought I was in Crumbl Cookie because they inspected my pizza before they handed it to me! The best experience from any Pizza Hut that I’ve ever been to. I guess I can say that’s the best experience from any pizza place I’ve ever been to. I am quick to complain and go to Google reviews and tell my truths. With that being said I also have to go to the review section when I have an awesome experience. *****

Terrible service, I left home to get 2 pepperoni pizza melts, one with cheese and one without cheese. This pizza hut is about 6 minutes from my home. When I received “my food” I realized they gave me 1 pizza melts and then a thin crust pizza with no cheese? The worker said he clicked the wrong button by mistake and said I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my other pizza melt. When he gives me my pizza melt I go home and realize they gave me one pepperoni pizza melt with cheese and a meatlovers pizza melt… I called and complained and they offered to make another but I had to drive back there to get it. On the phone I specifically said ONLY pepperoni and an extra side of sauce. When I get there he hands me the pizza melt and I look at it and he put extra sauce INSIDE the pepperoni melt that had no cheese. So when I got home to eat it, the whole thing fell apart from how much sauce was in it, all the pepperoni slid off the bread. Everything was a mess. Not only did they mess up my order once or twice but THREE times. I will not be returning. It took me over an hour just to even get one pizza melt that wasn’t even correct for the third time. As a worker in the food industry I know mistakes get made but three times in a row in one day is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 pizzas. One was a thin crust with extra cheese and bacon. What I got was a thin crust with no bacon and the largest crust I’ve ever seen honestly. We asked for them to take the pizzas back and give us a refund, as we didn’t have time to wait for a new pizza, but were told they couldn’t refund us as there was “no general manager” at the store. I’ve never heard of a general manager being needed for a refund.

I order here often after work and the recent night staff are completely unbearable if you place your order around closing, they’ll outright cancel your order for delivery and then they don’t answer the phones an hour before close so you don’t even know IF they cancelled your order. Oh but it’s not just delivery, if you place it for pick up you’ll walk into a completely empty store at 11pm and won’t get service for 10 minutes either. If your staff doesn’t wanna be there that late then find new night staff or move your closing times to 11. I don’t wanna be ordering food and going home late anymore than y’all wanna be working late. -A fellow FOOD WORKER

The food is usually great, the prices are extreme though, but that is generally the case everywhere now. I gave it a 3 on atmosphere because there really isn’t one, it’s a carry out/ delivery pizza place now.

worst online experience you could ever have for an order. i order at 11:30 at night when i get off work. They decide to cancel my order without telling me. took my money and i had to contact online support because they dont want to answer there phones. i will never order from this store again.
