Placed an online order for 3 topping special ….order i picked up was not even close. Should had extra cheese and pepperoni but nowhere to be found. My elderly dad ate 2 slices before I realized it was wrong. Knew it was not point of complaining at the store because they usually say you have to call corporate. Do better!!

First off the food isn’t even that good. Secondly, when you’re ordering they hear what they want to hear and bring out whatever they want to bring out and expect you to pay for it. They add way too much of everything whether its garlic or simple salt. When I got there to eat the tables weren’t even clean so I had to sit at a dirty table. On top of that in the middle of me ordering they would leave my table to assist someone else? Then I had to wait over an hour for my meal and the order was still wrong. I do NOT recommend this pizza place at all!

Ordered delivery and when I got it the pizzas were made up of different pizzas. The slices were clearly switched out. They even tried covering it up with more cheese. And one pizza was undercooked.

Person on phone wrote down mozzarella sticks as cheese bread.
Made sure to point out that if it was wrong it was on me.
Take pizza to truck to find out the margarita pizza is just plain cheese.
Don’t go here unless you like ordering slot machine style. Get what you get and don’t throw a fit.

This store is something else. Call in a meat lover’s pizza. Got there wait 15 min. No one in store. Drove around the building to find the only employee smoking and taking to something. Then gives me a $23 cold pizza. This place is trash so sad.

Ordered wings and a bbq chicken pizza. The wings were perfect, but the pizza was actually inedible. It wasn’t even warm and it was hard. (like it’s been sitting out for a week.) It was like eating cardboard or some really tough jerky, after I scraped the toppings off even my dog struggled to chew the bread. My chances of ordering from here again are slim to none. I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you’re exclusively getting the wings. On the plus side, man at the window was friendly.

It has been along time since I’ve eaten here a year or more. Today the food was really good I had boneless wings and side salad. My waitress was really nice and pleasant very friendly I really like how she was attentive to the other customers. I wished I get her name. I plan to come back more.

This is the slowest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, over 30 minutes guaranteed every time, most times people are burning pizzas because they are hanging out and playing with each other in the back, no one seems to know what’s going on either if you ask how long it will be you’ll be told a few minutes when it’s literally going to be another 20 minutes.
