Ordered a 3 topping pizza. One topping I ordered extra. I got a 2 topping pizza with maybe half cheese. This is why I dont order any food or eat out in Danville. Even IF they get the order right it doesn’t taste good. Doesn’t matter what it is or where I eat. … getting 2 stars for flavor because it wasnt inedible but it isnt what I paid for w a 50 minute round trip drive.also. The pizza dough was incredibly thick and bready like it was left out. At this point, I’d rather just do it myself. If it sucks, at lrast its not $30+.

Went in to pick up to go order, and although I thank the old look of 1990’s is great, they could at least change out the carpet that is so dirty it is “sticky”.
The pizza was fresh and hot but not as good of a taste as I recall from the past, so will look at other pizza venues to fill my pizza needs in the future.

The food was terrible. I got two pizza flatzz. I got the pepperoni duo. The crust was burnt and the pepperoni was cooked so hard the pepperoni was hard and curled up. And my other order was wrong. It was also burnt and cooked to long. Ordered pepperoni with green peppers. So disappointed.

Detroit Style Pizza
Remove the ring around the crust,
sauce and cheese all the way to the pan, so the cheese gets baked into the crust. Add double extra cheese around the pizza so it will bake into the crust. Its crunchy and very good. Try the Detroit style pizza. Pizza Hut can do it.
Make sure to tell them no ring around the pie. Instead fill it with sauce double extra cheese and your favorite toppings. Cheese gets baked into the crust. thanks for making my pizza

Ordered the pizza literally a hour to the pick up time and it still wasn’t ready and on top of that they said 20 more mins to my daughter! As I’m sitting out side I’m watching one worker talking and laughing with someone outside and another on their cell phone! When They Could Be Helping Get Orders Ready! I Went In After 20mins and what I saw was DISGUSTING, Food on top of Food and Pans In The Nasty Floor and that’s not all but I have a picture below of just a little bit of what I saw!

Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Service at Pizza Hut (3125 Riverside Dr, Danville, VA)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received today at the Pizza Hut located at 3125 Riverside Dr, Danville, VA 24541. My experience was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
I placed an online order and was given a pick-up time of 20 minutes. Believing this, I arrived at the store approximately 30 minutes after placing my order, expecting it to be ready or nearly ready. To my dismay, I was informed by the staff that “the time online is never correct” and that I would need to wait an additional 40 minutes to an hour on top of the 30 minutes I had already waited and traveled to the store. This dismissive attitude regarding their own online system’s accuracy is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for a customer’s time.
Feeling utterly disappointed and unwilling to wait an additional hour for an order that was already significantly delayed, I requested to cancel my order. The staff initially resisted, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the situation only worsened. The manager told me he would simply “put my receipt on top of a pile to be canceled tonight” because he “didn’t have time” to do it immediately.
I firmly stated that I needed the order canceled now and required a receipt of the cancellation. After an infuriating argument that lasted approximately 15 minutes, the manager, with clear reluctance, finally processed the cancellation. What was most aggravating was that the entire cancellation process took him literally only 30 seconds to complete. This highlights a deliberate unwillingness to assist a customer rather than a genuine lack of time.
This level of disrespect for a customer’s time and the blatant disregard for service quality is appalling. I will never order from this Pizza Hut location again, and I strongly advise others to consider their options before enduring such a terrible experience.
