My wife had an issue in the food taking longer and it was fairly late in the night around 9:30 and when she spoke with staff they were absolutely the nicest people on earth. My wife & i hadn’t been to The Hut in awhile. Experiences with declining customer service standards & substandard food quality kept us away. Nevertheless we decided to give them another shot today & were not disappointed. Thank you Ashley for being the ultimate professional with amazing customer service. You were kind & patient & took time to explain the meal deals & any other questions we asked. You restored our faith in the Hut & will definitely be returning. The pizza was amazing as were the boneless wings & breadsticks.

My order was over one hour late! When I called, the manager stated that the driver had difficulties during an order before my order and would be there shortly. Which was an additional 30- minutes. I also paid for a large pizza and received a medium. I was informed that the large and medium pizza’s both have 8- slices. The pizza was very good I do want to give recognitions to the cooks. However, I paid $28.00 which included tip and tax and received this medium 1.5 hours later.

WOW first time I had ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in at least 10 years and to my surprise it was delicious and reminded me of why I used to love their food. Ordered dinner box at 9:26pm got a text at 9:36pm stating that food was out for delivery. Received food at 10:58pm. Took over an hour to arrive. Out of all the other pizza choices around we choice pizza hut. For $25.67 everything was cold and breadsticks stale just unacceptable. Makes no sense why the delivery driver had only 2 deliveries but took her an hour for food to arrive and for all the food to be cold.

A central call center took our order. When we got to the restaurant one of the pizzas was incorrect. Erin and his crew stepped up and quickly corrected the error. I can’t say enough about their service and attention to detail. We would definitely go back.

I purchased a pizza breadsticks and a 2 l last night. I ordered it online the Pizza Hut location has my name my address my phone number on file. My pizza was estimated to get to my house at 8:20. It was almost an hour late. The pizza boxes were crushed and the food was lukewarm. I understand them being short-staffed but you have a phone, contact your customer and let them know. I would have rather picked up my pizza myself or gone somewhere else so that I can have a hot meal.
