Paid online but when we got to the pickup window, none of the employees assisted us even though they clearly saw us. The manager, who was assisting someone outside the restaurant when we arrived, took notice, walked back inside, and happily assisted us after apologizing for our wait. The manager, Kristen, was quick, polite, helpful and apologetic as she handed us our food. The employees might have fallen short on their service but Kristen was on point!

For a while this location seemed to be lacking the original goodness of Pizza Hut. However the food I have purchased from them recently is on point just like I remember it tasting when I was a kid. Friendly and courteous people as well as great pizza! If that’s what you’re getting remember to spread the love and tip well!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Waitress complained that we couldn’t eat in unless someone from the back wanted to help us because she had another job to get to at 4am and needed to leave and was huffing and puffing because she didn’t want another customer. Absolutely appalled by her demeanor won’t ever try and eat there again plenty of other pizza places with better customer service. Hope she loses her job. Worthless

After the Safari Park we went to The Pizza Hut in Lexington, Virginia. We ordered a mushroom pan pizza and it was very delicious . The girl that brought the pizza was very nice and very helpful too.

Gave them a 2 the food was good even though we had to eat in the parking lot on the tailgate of our pickup. We were there an hour and a half before closing but we’re told we couldn’t eat inside.

Walked in to place an order. After 20 minutes of waiting to have our order taken, the night manager very abruptly told us that her employees were getting off work and we would have to go get in the drive thru to place and order. She was storming around inside the store fussing and fuming. One employee was so distraught that she took off her apron and left! I have never had an experience with pizza hut like this! This manager needs a refresher course in good customer service. Haven’t been back since!

If I could give zero stars I would. First they said we never placed and order so we had to drive down there, then they made every excuse under the sun why it had been an hour and still no food. When my fiancé finally got home the pizza and breadsticks were cold and hadn’t been cut. Won’t be getting anymore of my money after tonight.
