I was disgusted. I was so unhappily surprised. I LOVE ❤️ Stuffed Crust, it’s the whole reason I chosse pizza hut over the others. This wasn’t even pizza. The crust looked like it was attached to the cardboard crust w perferrated edges. Too much sauce, not enough cheese, especially when I asked for light sauce. I was barely edible, if @all. I was very disappointed and hungry, since I was stuck there for the night due to eye surgery.
I will never eat Pizza Hut ever again. Huge waste of $$

My wife and I ordered 2 personal pan cheese pizzas. When we arrived 15 mins later to pick them up we were ignored at the pickup drive thru windowand had to go in to get our order. Then when we asked for our order we were told they forgot to make half of it. Mind you we ordered 2 personal cheese pizzas.

I have been putting this off. However after an email saying someone would reach out and a free pizza coupon sent separately that will not be used. I would like to show you all the process of this endeavor. I placed the ordered at 6:11pm originally the order was supposed to arrive via delivery in 20-30 minutes. That time had passed with no idea of when or if we were going to get the order. I tried the online support to cancel the order that did nothing other than telling me to call the store. I understand so I tried to call the store. Few minutes into the call someone picked up and asked about the issue then told me to hold on I would be transferred to the store. Waited on the phone for at least ten minutes with no answer. Then received messages about door dash picking up the order. The door dasher had to wait for 20 minutes before even leaving to deliver. Once he arrived he told me my order was sitting there to the point he had asked them to remake the order. The door dasher driver was amazing. I will be reaching out to door dash to add more money towards his tip.
I would have been content if the ETA would have reflected the timeline of the order. Or a phone call or message asking if I would like to proceed with this order by the door dash even an opportunity to come get the order instead. But now I can fully see that even the upper management has NO idea about customer service.

I had an order 46 p m.And I went a little early and of course, it was not ready.However, they told me they were just getting ready to call me and tell me that they didn’t have my gluten free crust and that they would remove it from my bill.However, when I got home, my account had been charged.The full amount I called customer service and was on hold for ten minutes.I called the Wytheville store and someone picked up and told me he’d have to transfer me, didn’t even let me tell him what I needed to say. When i got there the lobby was closed and the parking lot was empty but for some readon, they were too busy to answer the phone. i’m sorry, but I will not do pizza hut again.And I will not recommend it

We ordered New Year’s Eve and didn’t look at ordered when picked up. Got home 15 miles away to find the meat lovers pizza ordered was a double cheese yuk. There was a sign for buffet the only thing on the buffet was salad! The food i ordered was ok other than I requested for something to not be put on my pizza and It was anyway! Our waitresses christal was rude and had a attitude i will never eat in the pizza hut again if you have any attitude with ur customers don’t wonder why u have no customers inside the resturant and btw everything behind the counter is stainless steel if ur gonna make faces and wave ur arms behind a wall n think the customers won’t see u….suprise

Place was small and run by three staff in total so you can imagine a delay in your order. Manager was nice but slow. After ordering pizza we waited for 30 minutes even though manager was looking at us but he didn’t even remember us or our order. I went up to him and then he was like “oh your oder is ready” by the way the walk up to him was only two steps haha. So all the time he was looking at us but didn’t care to tell us.
