I felt so bad for the under staffing. They were working there butter off. The new buffet at pizza hut offers 3 pizzas. Breads stick s had no sauce. Pasta and desert sticks. The staff was trying so hard. But 3 pizzas for a full dinning room doesn’t work. The hot well was totally empty so im not sure what should have been there but it wasn’t. None of the pizzas were cut right so you had to cut them with the spatula. That left a mess by people having to do this. Pizzas hut only allows very little payroll and who wants to go work 3 hrs just for buffet time. Buffet time is the worst tips. I have to give 5 stars to the service because they was trying.

Ordered whole pizza and salad. Salad dressing was tangy and the pizza toppings was undercooked, dough was ok but no flavor very little sauce and cheese. Reheated in airfyer next day way better than dining.

Ordered online at 230pm on a Tuesday. Estimated time was 25 minutes. 2 hours from the time I ordered I called to cancel. There were no updates to my order in that time frame. An hour would have been fine, even an hour and a half but hungry doesn’t wait 2 hours without getting a little irritated.

We visited this store today, first time in 2yrs. It’s under new management. It was clean and manager was so friendly. Food was great. We got the buffet. I will definitely be back.

Don’t waste your time going here. They advertise the buffet is back but for some reason its never available. The service is horrible too. Really dont understand how they stay in business.

i went to galax pizza hut on 8/13/25 for the lunch buffet and received some of the best service i have ever gotten there. the pizza was fresh and plentiful, my server was super friendly and attentive, and the crew was nice every time they refilled the buffet. i will definitely be coming back again to enjoy the buffet soon

Such a shame. So many good memories at Pizza Hut growing up and this one has absolutely gone to the wolves. Every time I try to dine-in to give it a chance it’s in dire shape. Terrible service with servers who didn’t check on our drinks once. We were the only people inside and the there wasn’t a single table wiped down, and she didn’t even offer to clean one for us and the whole time were there, not one table got sanitized. Just pure laziness and nasty. Did not order from the bar as it looked miserable. Can’t even blame bad service on being busy, there was no one there. Had to go stand up front for several minutes for someone to take my money. This place has so many good memories for me, but it’s over. They don’t have the staff or even the capability to hire someone capable of being a half decent server. The time before this we waited 45 minutes and the server never even took our order before giving up and leaving. This place is a failing business, and I can see why. Food was surprisingly good at least.

This was the place in the 90s Galax. Happened to be passing through visiting and thought that I’d check out the buffet. Sad doesn’t begin to describe this place. Buffet was incredibly slow in getting pizzas out. Waitress ans other supposed emotes standing around talking while I went and refilled my kids soda. Lazy, sloppy looking employees should be fired. Just close it if you don’t want to work. Never going back!
