The pizza was outstanding…We had a wonderful experience with this location. After getting home my son made rhe comment that was probably the best tasting Pizza Hut we have ever had and he was right. Definitely will visit this location again!!

Tonight I came in to get two pizzas I ordered over the phone. The gir up front was new but very friendly, unfortunately my pizza was thrown together since they were busy. She immediately got my pizzas remade. While waiting I noticed a cloned lady go talk to the other woman making the pizzas and asked what happened. She immediately came and talked to me and then offered me a credit for my next experience for the wait. Listening to here talking to the staff made me so Happy. They were discussing a potluck for Christmas Eve, encouraged the telling them the were doing a great job. It’s nice to be in a fast food place and see people enjoying their jobs. I will always return to this Pizza Hut and wanted to give recognition for a great work environment.

Hailey was awesome, this was only the second time I’ve come into this location even though I live in Salem and it’s the closest to me. I usually drive the extra few miles to the other location on 419, however my visit tonight was truly exceptional. Hailey was kind, courteous, and friendly I hope Pizza Hut values that service as much as I do! Give Hailey a raise!

We came in the day before Thanksgiving for the first time in months due to terrible service. It was AMAZING. My husband loves Pizza Hut but last time the manager was so rude I swore I’d never come back. This time we were treated at the door, the staff were friendly and everyone was working so hard. So happy to have our local Pizza Hut back!

We have ordered several times from this location and our pizza has always been good. The only suggestion on the app is allowing you to order extra marinara sauce for the breadsticks. One small cup is not enough for 5 breadsticks.

On our previous order whole it was hot and delicious when we picked it up it wasn’t what we had ordered , I called to let them know and they credited our entire meal even though I told them we made due I was only trying to help the other order that we had . We order from the salem location atleast once a month and it’s always hot and delicious. The staff is very friendly and prompt . So glad we have a pizza hut in our area .
