I purchased 2 medium pizzas, 1 meat lovers and the other a chicken and BBq (this had hardly any chicken). When I arrived home the pizzas were slide in boxes and all the toppings were on the side as if they had been turned upside down before getting them. I contacted Pizza Hut when I arrived home and the manger told me that I would have to bring them back. I said I am not driving another 15 minutes just to bring them back and offered pictures. She then stated well I can’t give you my phone number. She was very rude and acted as if I was lying. The pictures was after my child ate because he was starving but looked much worse when we opened the box. I will not order from here again. This place has went downhill.

I was curious why the dining room was completely empty at 5:00 on a weekend.

Found out when I received my bill. Our pizza was 48% more expensive than normal advertised prices. (Their menus don’t have prices in them)

Even though they made more on us by dining in – like our drinks, sides, and our 20% tip, they still feel the need to charge nearly 50% more for the pizza. Total was over $50 for 1 pizza, 6 wings, 2 sodas.

First visit in many years. Great to see the buffet is back open. Great food and fresh. The problem is this place is still severely understaffed and struggles to get much table service, especially on a busy day like Sunday. Otherwise, this is a great establishment and nice folks. Very clean as well.

I’m glad that this place is not one of the many that have been shut down. The place is clean. The staff are friendly. The food was quick to come after we ordered. As you can see in the pictures everything was don’t correctly and just right. Was able to get everything we wanted. The waitress was great. I highly recommend going here and showing your support.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza and when I got to the car and looked at it and took it back and asked the waiter is this hand tossed and she said yes it was thin crust to me. I no what hand tossed looks like. I paid 17.00 and some odd cents for it. Never again. She was not really friendly either.

Just stopped here for lunch on a work day. Walked in place seemed clean. Was greeted at the counter by Kiersten . Off The bat an employee like this is what really sets a pizza hut apart from the rest. Most of The time food is generally Good across the board. But this lovely young lady made this place. She was One of the most genuinely polite person I’ve ever met. Sometimes we’ve all had them. You get the ones that are a little grumpy. Sometimes they’re kind of neutral and sometimes you can tell not normally. Maybe that good of a person but they’re like faking it and forcing it. This young lady 100% was just a sweetheart. She kept my drinks full anytime. I asked her anything. It was smile on her face and just happy to help the customer in between customers and helping me. This young lady was wiping down tables sweeping floors. Summa tables didn’t even look like they needed a wiping, but she would wipe it off again just to stay productive in between customers. What an amazing young lady! Next time I’m in this area and I’m stopping for lunch. I am sure I’m going to hit this place up again just because of such great service. A+ . The food was delicious. Also, they have some of my favorite hot wings. I’ll order them. Was sit down. Drink brought to me. The wings made fresh and brought to me and my table were the best hot wings I have ever gotten from a Pizza Hut

Good food and great service. The staff where friendly and the place where clean. They actually open fairly early and let us call our food in so when we got there to eat in the restaurant our food was ready. Free wifi and they have a buffet.

This is the most disgusting place in Rocky Mount! Food on buffet is dried up! Thousand island dressing has about a 1/2 pond of sugar in it. Tables dirty, couldn’t see out of the windows from food that children are wiping on the windows! Absolutely worst service ever!

I wish i could give -10 stars on customer service. The female manager who pickup the phone and takes order is very unprofessional and rude. she hung up on me and lied to me and gets a attitude quick for no reason. I have worked in food service before and if you have a attitude and don’t know basic respect and manners, find another job.
