Ordered the online delivery deal of 2 large pizzas, cheese sticks and even paid an extra dollar for it to be cheese sticks instead of bread sticks. I delivered through the app. Why go through DoorDash? Don’t ask me. (Our DoorDash driver was great!) though, they used to have their own delivery system which would reassure you’d get what you’d pay for. Also paid $47 after the total only came to $38. Isn’t that stealing? I called the store shortly after and was told they’d get the manager and sat on a ridiculously annoying hold. Seems like Pizza Hut is going down hardcore. Don’t recommend eating or ordering here again. Not to mention, it tasted pretty MID. Rather get 7/11 pizza for cheaper. DO BETTER

To the General Manager,
I am writing to report a very frustrating experience with the Fairlawn, Virginia Pizza Hut location.
I received a pizza that was not cut at all. I had to cut the entire pizza myself at home, which should never happen with a basic order. When I tried to call the Fairlawn store to report the issue, my call first went to a call center, which then transferred me to the store. After explaining the situation to the employee at the store, I was hung up on without any attempt to apologize or resolve the problem.
This was not just about an uncut pizza. It was the lack of customer service and the way the situation was handled that was most disappointing. I expect better from a well known brand like Pizza Hut.
I would appreciate a response from management and a proper resolution to this issue.

Edit… still no refund, still no answer, still nothing from corporate. Lousy business, poorly run. Obviously corporate doesnt care either. Ordered 60 worth of pizza, wings and breadsticks. On 09/12/2025 placed order at 5:15 didn’t receive order until 6:40 pm. Both pizzas had thin crust and I ordered hand tossed. The pizza was old, tough and overdone. The wings barely had any sauce. I called to see where the order was after an hour and no one answered the phone. I then received a text that the pizza was being delivered by door dash, and had been picked up and was on the way at 5:55, but it didn’t arrive until 6:40. I tried to call again to let them know about the incorrect order but no answer. When I called one more time was told I had reached a call center and they would get a message to the store manager to call me. I never received a call. Total waste of time and money. Never again…
Update called and spoke with shift leader Josh, he was very nice and apologized. Assured me that all I had to do was call and he would make sure our order was remade at no charge. He said any day was fine. Have tried calling multiple times and no one answers. Or if someone picks up it sounds like the phone is just put on the counter. No one says anything. I did reach a call center several times and they just say I’ll transfer you.. back to the store that won’t pick up. The worst.

Thought it sounded like a deal but the food was not good. It was fresh but the fiid itself wasn’t good. I ordered cheese in bread sticks, if course, no cheese after I got home I realized this. Pan pizza was always a big favorite but something has changed and it wasn’t for the better. New and improved definitely wasn’t the case for the wonderful pan pizza hut that I remember. Very little meat on meat lover’s, so much sauce, just wasn’t good. Hopefully it was just one off day, but my experience won’t have me going back for more.

I literally left with my order came home and open the box and both pizza looked burned. Both pizzas were very hard to bite into. I get they were rushed with A lot of orders. Even our breadsticks was over cooked. I don’t think I’ll be back we have pics to prove.. it was like we have to eat cheese, sauce, on toast instead of pizza.

There was an issue with the customization of our pizza on the site that honestly made it tough to make. (Be careful to review your toppings and sauce selections, I’m not sure who would ask for extra barbecue sauce on a pizza, but it definitely wasn’t my intention). The shift leader, Connor, was very kind and helpful to explain what had happened and to rectify the situation. It was the kind of customer service that makes you more likely to give someone more of your business than if everything had gone perfectly from the start. Thank you!

Infuriating. Made an order for the first time since they finally fixed their app. Doordasher drops off food but Im missing one of the pizzas. I call the store and go through the hold process and when I get a person, I politely ask if the pizza I ordered was still at the store as it seems to have been forgotten. Instead of answering like a person they wordlessly put me back in the hold queue for the next 10 minutes–I have to assume they just didnt want to deal with it especially after seeing the other reviews. Since I cant seem to get anyone on the phone to process my refund, they can enjoy another 1 star review. Dont waste your money.

I’ve actually tried to get pizza from this store a few times. The first 2 times I walked in on my way home from work to get pizzas for family dinner, and ironically they were changing out their register drawers both times. There was money laying all around the register. They left a couple of us customers standing there for several minutes waiting while they tried to figure out what they were doing. I felt awkward both times, and ended up walking out, and having Wendy’s for dinner. This last time I tried ordering online. The email confirmation was missing one of the pizzas, so I tried calling the store to get the order corrected. The first call went to the call center where a guy told me the store was closed, but he would connect me. I’m not sure why he said it was closed, but I sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone at the store to answer the phone. I thought maybe there was confusion about which store the guy at the call center sent me to so I hung up, and tried the number again. This time a woman at the call center answered and said that the store was open so again transferred me to the store, and again waited another 10 minutes on hold to no avail. I tried one more time with the exact same result. I did go pick up the order, had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizza that didn’t come through on the order to be made, only to find out they ran out of the dough I wanted so they made it thin crust instead. What a nightmare! With the hassle, and the unbelievable cost of the order, I can’t see myself going back again. Little Caesars is just down the road, and I can get everything I ordered for about half the price there! Sorry Pizza Hut, maybe this is why you’re going extinct!?!

Where do I start? Never have an ever left a bad review but something needs to be done. It’s rare that I can leave the store without an item missing. For example: missing dipping sauce that was PAID extra for. Once I went back inside store and told the lady, she looked at me in disbelief, as if I was a lair. The look on her face was pure disrespect and she stood still while staring at me before grabbing my sauce. Another example is missing breadsticks after waiting 30 minutes for a simple order, What I’m assuming was the manager told me he was sorry about the wait and said there would be $5 off on my next order. Which I never received on orders placed after this incident. I let it go & yet again the missing items are consistent. Not sure what employees that have working at this establishment & why it’s so unprofessional. Other missing items were Pepsi, the wrong pasta, cinnamon sticks dip; The list goes on. Literally. I can admit Pizza Hut has always had great food and giving the Area, there’s not much to choose from. Nevertheless, should anyone half to quit enjoying food that they love because of irresponsible, untrustworthy, and rude staff. Ive tried calling the store to address this before posting but no one ever answers and I even called cooperate. If this has happened to me countless times, I’m sure there’s more customers who are put in this predicament especially after prices have went up everywhere. Please Pizza Hut do better within this location.
