I picked up the Big New Yorker from Pizza Hut. I wasn’t a big fan of that style crust. The pizza was just o.k. for me. The cheese breadsticks were good. The place was clean and the staff were nice. I wish they would include more than 1 cup of sauce with a order of breadsticks.

First time here. Came at lunch time on a monday. Place was clean, service great and food excellent. We ordered family cheese sticks with extra cheese and a large pan pizza specialty half super supreme half pepperoni lovers. Plenty for 3 to 4 people. Only disappointment is menu doesnt have pricing which we thought was odd.

Like what the hell is this? I ordered food at 10:25 and my lunch was at 11. Delivery time was set to 10:55 and then it got sent to DoorDash. The food didn’t even make it in time. It arrived AFTER 11:30 and then it was cold and disgusting. See the pictures.
The dasher that delivered the food itself was also rude, gross looking and just down right disgusting. They have given me the run around for a dam refund. Messed up my lunch, unsatisfactory in the food product and customer service. This is unacceptable and will NEVER be getting this again at this establishment

The pizza was fine. But the wings were horrible this time. Normally I get bone in mild and love it. But with the box deal and drink special you only get the nasty little nuggets they call boneless wings it’s not even a wing and furthermore there was no sauce on them they were dried out. My daughter’s food was fine she got fries with her pizza. But neither one had the space saver on the pizzas so the box didnt stick to your cheese and pull it off.

We didn’t “technically” eat here because we walked out after waiting 15 minutes for our drinks which we still didn’t get. It seems there was only 1 person cooking, and 1 person waiting/serving/preparing food. It was quite ridiculous. It felt like a severely understaffed establishment.

Pizza Hut has been around for a very long time, the food is still good, but just a little bit out dated their menu could use a little spruce in their breadsticks. Could use a makeover when it comes to Pizza. Pizza Hut is not my number one choice.

The team makes all the difference. My wife and I have dined here several times since moving to Martinsville. Every time the experience has been first class. Today is 12/20/23. If management is reading this, you have one of the finest groups of people I have ever seen. The pizza was perfect, the restaurant Was clean, inviting, and well-maintained. We will be back many times.

First of all u can’t understand the person taking your order! Second I order something on special and they just happen to be out of that item. Third I order 6 items for my family of 3 and they say I don’t get the sale price cause it’s a 2 item limit per customer well it’s 3 customers in my household. So because of that I told them they could cancel the whole order and I’ll never call Pizza Hut again.

I give this store Pizza Hut GreensboroRd. Martinsville, va 25112 a 5 star cause when I call and talk to Management its a smooth process. You have this inexperienced young worker which spell my name wrong on the paper, there that charged my card and order food knowing I would have to wait 1hr or 2 for my order. Common sense was to tell me this and give me a choice to order or not. She messed up my card. I called her a Hefer in that moment. 2 times this young lady took my order and needed management cause she not experienced in her job. This young girl has put a paper up in the store saying I’m Rude. There are 2 sides to every story. Learn your job. If you cannot stay off the phone messing up customers cards. To management you are doing great. Train your help better. God Bless her and I pray she is saved.
